2008 was a heck of a winter in Spokane. By far the harshest winter we have had since ive been around (Although last year we had 2 feet on Christmas.) We got over 3 feet of snow in 1 night, woke up to snow up to our railing on our back porch. My dad got a lot of business snowplowing though lol.
Oh yes 2008-2009 Snowmageddon. 21 to 22 inches of snow in 24 hours. Weather forecast was for 8-10 inches.....HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. All the Weather people were like O_o and stuttering "it stalled, the system stalled over us, it was not supposed to do that!"
Dandan A bad storm is maybe 8-10 inches. Usually 3-4 times winter we would have a few 3-5 inch snow falls...but it would melt in few days. For the first time in 17 years the snow FROZE to steep metal roofed shed we had. It was so bad I had to call my neighbor with a John Deer tractor because I could NOT turn my Kabota tractor because the snow was too steep (Stuck in a snow trench and a horse trailer was in my way). He was incredulous until he physically SAW my predicament. Then he understood why I needed his help.
We are moving to Spokane around april 1st... I CANNOT wait. We love the snow so BRING IT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:) Thanks for the great video!
Well....how is it?

I also love the fact it seems everyone knows their neighbor. Here in las vegas people flip you off for being nice to them. Cant wait to get OUT!!
I can tell that was before all the Californians moved up here.
So what neighborhoods are the nicest ones?
R R Fairwood Park, Gleneden Heights, Five Mile and Indian Trail areas.
