Just imagine a double-bass drum set with a triple pedal mixing Metal's sixteenth notes in the bass drum and the classic Disco's eighths with open-close in the hi-hat! 😃💡👍
cool give us more of this. also cool typycal practice room. it seem worldwide standard. go for it!!!! greetings from germany( or better the rest of it)
Pauli, this's a model fender jazz bass,70 ?.. it have a perfect sound, nice, beautiful, playing Slap...im of chile country southern of the World......sudamerican...bye friend....
Hi Roberto, the bass is Fender Classic 70's Jazz Bass from 2012. I think this model is now called Vintera 70's Jazz Bass by Fender, but I'm not sure if they are exactly similar. Nice to know my videos have reached Chile 😊
@@paulipetas hi Pauli, how do you do?, Here in Chile my brother is a musician on drums, timbales and guitar, I am a bassist, and we watch your videos, you have good music, that vibe is good, with my brother we also have a small room to make our music, I'll leave you here Some videos of me playing Latin salsa music, I have many videos playing different types of music, well Pauli, greetings from Chile.. ruclips.net/video/hBVjHGXm5M4/видео.html ruclips.net/video/1VGXAG9LG3s/видео.html There are a lot videos mine, well i wait you like, Chao! Hi! I can't answer on behalf of the drummer (Juuso) what he's doing, but to me it sounds like a disco drum beat, where you play bass drum on every beat, snare on 2 and 4, and play 8th notes on the hi-hat and open it on the offbeats. Like in this video I found: ruclips.net/video/kRtb-e-SnIQ/видео.html Hopefully this helps!
Thanks for asking. This is in A-minor (alternatively you can consider it's A-dorian). The middle part (1:18) modulates to D-minor before it modulates back to A-minor.
Good question! For me, jamming basically just is the same as playing together. But people define it differently, and a Wiki article about jamming says that it is to play or improvise without extensive preparation. I'd say that the nature of these 'rhythm section jams' is quite spontaneous. We usually begin by improvising and developing a groove, maybe there is some sort of basic idea what we want to do, and then we expand on that for a while. When we have agreed on some sort of form or structure, we record these grooves. So in my mind, there is an improvisational and informal element to these videos, even though the end result may be quite structured.
this is amazing! i`m a 16 years old bassist and i hope to some day be as great as you
Thank you! Keep practicing and playing and you'll get there!

I haven't played rayman ever. I guess I have to check out that series (or at least the soundtrack)!
@@paulipetas ruclips.net/video/wNOpRmPJ87I/видео.html maybe a little different hearing it back after so long hahaha
Nice grooves haha. I can definitely hear some similarities between Juuso's and my jam and rayman. Thanks for sharing the link!
I like this drummer's pocket
Juuso is a great drummer!
Now this is awesome
Thanks!
Great groove!
I like the bass in the bass tone! At last a real low sound. Davie’s and Charles‘ sound is so lowcutted somehow.
Nice groove!

hi, could you explain how you play the first drum beat to me?
Hi! What key is this ?
Thanks for asking. This is in A-minor (alternatively you can consider it's A-dorian). The middle part (1:18) modulates to D-minor before it modulates back to A-minor.

very impressive, but isn't "jam" something that hasn't been arranged?
