I am not trying to be that person that argues in a comment section but you could not be more incorrect. All of his throws are off target if anything his wide receivers make him look a ton better. Watching this game his decision-making was actually losing them the game up until the drive he started running the ball more. Still, from a straight passing perspective, I am not exaggerating when I say that literally, every single pass was off-target. Mainly high, making his receivers have to go up and get it. He is the definition of a decent QB in college in a good scheme that would not see a single snap in the NFL.

I don't really think TCU is in any danger of losing its playoff spot, the most that will happen be they put Ohio State at number 3 and TCU at number 4. This way they could get the tv rankings of another Ohio State Michigan game and the possibility of a Big Ten-SEC, the two biggest conferences, championship game. And I don't see them putting Alabama in over either of them seeing as both of their losses came to three loss teams.
TCU deserves a spot in Final 4. Better record and tougher schedule than others. Can't penalize a team for qualifying for Conference Championship and losing, while others sit idle and move up after failing to qualify.

Not necessarily. This was actually a conference championship game, not a playoff game. The way college football playoffs work is that a committe votes which teams get to make it. They currently only allow 4 team in the playoffs. It's single elimination, so if you lose you are out. Conference championship games like this are played after the regular season against the two best teams in a conference, even if they might have played each other during the regular season. This doesn't knock TCU out if the playoffs, but it does hurt their chances of getting selected for it.

TCU has intriguing components on offense with a mobile QB, big receivers, and a decent run game. Their defense isn't very good. Michigan should win with a much better defense than anything TCU has faced, and Michigan has a better offense than K-State.

The refs cost TCU the game in overtime when the ball should have been spotted about 4 inches from the goal line instead of 2 feet out! But Kansas State were robbed of a safety touch earlier when they said the TCU QB’s arm was going forward. However, the ball went backwards from his hand!
TCU got every call throughout the game. That safety shouldn't of been overturned, Kurt Warners catch, no way that was conclusive that touched the ground. But, oh yea, a spot costing TCU 6 inches cost them the game.
Refs also contributed to costing TCU the game by ignoring the false start in the first quarter that lead to K-State's first TD. They shoulda been penalized and forced to kick a FG at 4th & 6. TCU coulda won 27-24 (TCU wouldn't have needed a 2pt conversion) instead of going to OT at 28-28. Everyone complaining about the missed safety but not talking about the missed false start. 🤷🏾♂️
