I think Saygid still jet leg + "rest mood", so he just chill around and not training.. Usually they will take few day rest time after winning a fight..

When you combine good wrestling + some BJJ skills... you're unbeatable. Look what islam did to charles.. Charles being thee most skilled BJJ submission artist to ever be in the UFC..
Islam don't train BJJ, he train Wrestling and some sambo (which does involve subs) but look at how much his wrestling skills filled the gap between them, he got all the takedowns and was able to escape from sub attempts because of his ability to control his opponent.
