Hallo! New subscriber, and a novice to Taijquan :] really interested to learn more. I kindly have a question and request if I may. In your video "Let Me Explain Why FAKE Tai Chi is Ruling the Internet" you are holding up a book at 09:55 what kind a book is that? ...and is there any literature that you could recommend reading, which can help me or other viewers get a better understanding of the practical and philosophical aspects of Taijquan. In many of your videos you talk about how you use "Tai Chi" in your daily life, thats something that reverberates in all walks of life around the world, could you dive a bit deeper and explain how that is done in practicality, in day to day life situations, maybe make a video on the subject. Thank you for your time.

Thank you so much 🙏❤️ This is the book I was showing: The Essence of T'ai Chi Ch'uan: The Literary Tradition a.co/d/eXVcGXq. There are so many books on the Tai Chi classics. I like this one because it's not filtered through anyone's own interpretations. Just a simple translation of the classics.
I always recommend Rick Barrett's Through the Western Gate book for beginner Western students so they can maximize their ability to learn some of these esoteric concepts. You really do need to change from a Western way of thinking in order to effectively learn. Beyond that, I take my master's approach to book learning: the amount of hours spent reading is much better used practicing :)

Yes, I definitely do want to make more content on describing examples from my life where applying Tai Chi principles really helped me resolve difficult situations.
