I look at this and I remember the during World War 2, the Allies had a big improvement with the proximity fuse. The Germans had to fire off a lot more rounds of anti-aircraft because they used time delay fuses. I think of the tonnage of rounds the Allies and the German fired into the air trying to shoot down propeller driven airplanes. Now you have fighter attack aircraft made to evade targeted ground defense like this. And the ground defense is also made to lead the fire in front of the aircraft's direction. It all looks like a waste of ammunition but this is a big improvement over the air defenses of 60 years ago.

Rather, a Spirograph Aliean Ai Robotic (unlike Mantis) system, calculates at what patterns, radius, turns, distance and speed the aircraft travels, while a robotic arm multi dispenser ammo with laser fires a conceptualized Ai diagram pattern in the sky, with minimum ammo rains and laser waves within the pattern, the complete action takes than 10 seconds to maxium 60 seconds. Finished.
This air defense is good, but if you pay close attention, you will see that it is both time-consuming and expensive, and that many bullets are misfired. To deal with fighters, missile defense is the best option.
Yeah their gunnery sucks. Seems like the barrels would have melted down. Also, why did that plane hang out over the target so long? He wasn’t dropping bombs. Maybe a few ineffective rockets but…
