If you increase your listings on eBay it may get you back to above standard, since the default is a percentage of your items. Might be worth a try
It happened to me too! You can overcome it though, list tons (hopefully to sell more) so it dilutes those numbers! Accept offers. I took the chance to liquidate stuff for cheap. Good luck!! You’ll be fine, I think.

I think we all should do an inventory audit at least once a year to lower the risk of misplacing items.
I love Vendoo! Their customer service is terrific. Hang in there with eBay, it will all get sorted out soon and you’ll be back in good standing. Sales are slow now (at least for me) across the board, so I’m trying to add more listings in the hopes I’ll sell more in the when things pick up. I enjoy watching your videos ☀️

I had to cancel an order in posh today. Could not find these shoes. After a day of looking. Literally an hour after canceling I found them. Ugh I'm so frustrated! But that was in posh, and that rarely happens for me. I'm so annoyed at myself. I'm get too impatient and ship same or next day and now thinking back I should've given it another day. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ I've only sold 20 items on ebay and it's terrifying to me. I heard another seller say that ebay was her most toxic relationship she's ever been in even though she made the most money there. Now she's on whatnot and said goodbye to ebay. Lol.
Is it possible to open a second or parallel store when the original store is below standard? Because eBay does throttle visibility way way down, which makes it take five times longer to get out of eBay jail especially if you were a newer seller. I also had to cancel three listings over the course of 90 days because they sold on a different platform and I thought that list perfectly communicated between the two platforms. It doesn’t. The user has to make sure.
Yes, it happened to me too. I caught pneumonia. I was in the hospital. I’m still recovering and they would not let me sell because I dropped below standard ridiculous. Awesome I called them while I was in the hospital to let them know and they told me it would not count against me, but it did.

As a buyer I’m frustrated with the fees Mercari started charging. I noticed it a few months ago. With shipping(which is Rarely reduced or free these days-though its understandable), tax (unavoidable of course), the new fee and a payment processing fee-it’s an extra $30 on a $100 purchase. That’s silly, it’s resale so it’s at a point where even if the seller drops their price- it’s still not always worth it to buy preowned if the item can be purchased brand new for right around the same price. This doesn’t apply to limited edition or discontinued stuff of course and I would much rather support individuals but I used to feel like I was getting a good deal with Mercari and the sellers seemed to be too. It was straightforward. Now, they’ll greatly reduce a price and the math still doesn’t work so I’ve had to pass a couple times. It makes me feel bad for the sellers in addition to being frustrated myself. The sellers shouldn’t have to accept less for an item, unless they’re getting some of the $ from the fees I guess. I don’t know. It shouldn’t be this complicated.
Yeah that’s the new Mercari policy they took away sellers fees and passed it to the buyer. Originally they said it was to allow buyers the ability to return items for any reason for 30 days but they took that away. So honestly with no selling fees a lot of sellers there are more willing to negotiate price. I know I’m more flexible with my Mercari buyers since I have no fees to pay.

Mercari will absolutely punish you for too many cancellations…just happened to another creator…so be careful…you can lose your store!
