    I drove thru the Big Hole 6 or 7 years ago and they were still being used there. Fewer horses though.
    This one is in Charlie Russell country

    how many people would work in the hayfield building stacks like this anymore, one out of 1000 if that many because they might have to work.

      easy work doing it this way there is no joy in carrying square bales around few men cn do that for 30 years back problems big time

      They pitch it onto a sleigh and feed it out to the cattle
