Whats COOL about you Emily is that you're just being you, doing what you enjoy doing. Actually a breath of fresh air among the multitudes of RUclipsrs. The traits you don't like about yourself that you occasionally emphasize are what make you you and worth watching. So, just keep on keeping on. Beautiful photos at the end. Thanks. Good night.
Having just learned about your LDS upbringing, I now understand your family's focus on preparedness and the stash of resources in their home. I admire that spirit of independence and self-reliance, Emily. You are fortunate to have been raised to appreciate the value of spiritual preparedness and well as physical preparedness. Too many in our society live for today, with little concern for what might happen tomorrow. Have a fabulous day!
I like the stories you tell, you have had some neat experiences. Hopefully it warms up enough that you can get outside again soon. Every things cool huh, sometimes it is hard to find another word. You are cool, and the view of the Tetons were great and the little goats and moose. Thanks for the video!
Thanks PA. This was really cool. But seriously, you are doing a great job of documenting your main pleasure and I'm sure I'm not the only one who wishes you well.💖😄
Thank you for sharing. I remember your original channel. You are doing awesome. Don't worry about how fast you speak. People find lots of shark teeth on the shores of the Potomac River. The cold can really cause issues with cameras. Love your vocabulary. Everyone stay safe, warm, happy and healthy. From Henrico County Virginia
Fellow creek walker here. I grew up Baptist. Went to Christian school. Went to a Baptist college. Took a distance learning course in Forestry and Conservation. Then went to a Baptist Bible college. Never got a degree. Now I work in the fishing industry in Charleston, SC. I have friends in Summerville. I’ve been to the Poconos. I have family in PA and NY. Never been past the Mississippi. My parents went to all the places out West that you described…..on my bucket list. Love your videos. Thanks for sharing.
You’ve led an interesting life full of adventures! From someone who lived a similar lifestyle as a kid, I wouldn’t change it for all the gold in the world! Nothing beats growing up the way we did back when the outdoors were cool lol! Share more stories from out west! Yeah and working outdoors in the winter has not been so great this week, I’d like a desk job till this cold breaks! Keep this channel going, it’s good wholesome viewing!!👍
Love these. Keep it up. Good luck with your plan to work outdoors, jealous. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who talks fast when anxious. It's refreshing! 😂
Love your videos! You are an amazing person! You are a lot like me I never liked school either and was always outside. Thanks for sharing your stories:)
You have a beautiful spirit, it's amazing how you appreciate everything, even the little things. You are more rare then you know, and that is what makes you special. Hope you have many more adventures in your life.
Wow we have a lot in common. I've lived in the SLC area myself. Half of my family lives in the area. They are very religious. The other half or not. Lol. I went to school for graphic design. Was very good at it, but then I figured out doing something you enjoy and turning it into a job wasn't something that I was interested in doing. Now I'm in the process of getting my CDL. Thanks for sharing. Have a good night.
Yes, it’s burning cold here! I took your photoplay for granted, like it just happens by itself…. but, it seems, being in front and behind the camera is a remarkable skill. Keep up your good work. It has made you many friends.
This is why i started following your channel you keep it real . plus you have interesting content. Thank You so much for sharing your dreams and desires with us
You are really well spoken on RUclips. Nothing awkward at all. I'm pretty impressed with you overall. It boggles my mind that it seems (correct me if I'm wrong!), you've never been outside the US. I hope you travel internationally some day. It will change you profoundly. I believe you'd be open to travel outside the typical tourist traps and probably love it.
I can completely relate to feeling awkward on camera..that's why you hear me more than see me on my videos..lol. You're doing great, and your content is awesome, so just keep on doing what you do..👍 If you ever are up here in Luzerne County and want to check out the Susquehanna, you have an open invitation..bring whomever you want. Just give me a heads up. We are getting some ice jamming going on up here, so hopefully it will scour the banks some and expose some artifacts and relics in the spring. Should be interesting. Take care 😎
Nice chat video. Hey, don’t worry about feeling awkward or ridiculous, we all are to some extent and it’s part of your charm. I share that enjoyment of the Yellowstone area. Pretty amazing place, but I still love tromping around Pennsylvania. State has so much variety. Thanks for the video, stay warm!
Just found your videos today. I’m from that area in Pennsylvania but it been in the south for 30 years. Keep doing what you’re doing, it is interesting.
Hi Emily ! Just saw your video. I give you alot of credit for allowing yourself to be uncomfortable or vulnerable on video. Not a easy thing to do. Hope you find growth with that which is positive for you. I am grateful to know more about you and that you share the same passion's as I for nature and activities outdoors. After looking at so many of your outdoor picture's, video's, and paintings now. It is clear to me that you have that Artistic natural eye and your talented. I remember my Photo Professor, Cavalier Ketchum saying to us, "we are picture maker's as much as we are picture taker's". What you decide to include in your frame's reveal your passion and being someplace at the right time is icing on the cake. I been walking creeks my whole life and I will never stop until my body wont let me. Kind of like that water keeps moving and ever changing just like us and also inside of us. I alway's hoped to find a great Woman to share that passion for the outdoor with. Got married and became disappointed because she did not want to enjoy the outdoors with me. We are divorced amicably so, I know exactly how you felt. Been 6 year's ago already..We have our Yahara Fishing Club's kid's Winter icefishing day Saturday and Sunday I will be be teaching another icefishing clinic to Adults and kids on Lake Monona through our DNR. I am looking forward to that and rising temps by the weekend. Been super cold up here in WI. the last 4-5 day's. At least we are gaining more ice. Hope you have a wonderful week my friend ! Thank you for sharing !
Thanks for putting out this video about yourself. It adds value and context to your video art. I lived in the Colorado Rockies for a while and climbed a lot of mountains. That's where I got interested in photography. Creeks and rivers are my favorite subject, and winter is my favorite time to photograph. I live back east now close to where I grew up. 😎
Your doing great I think everyone hates hearing themselves on camera. Love that your a rock hound and love mushrooms!! My favorite hobby’s. Keep the videos coming. Your doing great!
People don’t leave negative comments to people that are honest and never complain or say negative things about anything!! If you do get negative comments, guess what they are jealous and are just hater’s! My grandma always said that haters in only make you stronger and prouder of who you are!
You seem to have a lot of self-awareness, which is interesting to watch. I still think you should get tested for Lymes as that could explain the tiredness. I also recommend getting your thyroid levels tested. Hypothyroidism is very common and causes the same tiredness. You can take medications for both of those conditions, so it's good to know.
I think you have had some incredible experiences in life going all these places and all the different scenery and landscapes you've been blessed to see,I was raised in close to the same way as you,but mine was in rural GA and in the appalachian mountains of NC,which I love so much in the mountains,I think you should follow your dreams and see where they lead hopefully to a great outside job you would love,US forestry has firefighter slots open from time to time if your interested in that line of work, and also different jobs in parks and of course wildlife enforcement which would be a cool job to me except all the education past high school that I have is all firefighting and ems and I wish I had more education to be into wildlife enforcement but that's a whole other college degrees, but I do hope you follow your heart and I love your videos and look forward to your videos they are are always so good and such beautiful scenery,so you go girl and follow your heart and dreams friend,I hope you get to do and go to all the places that your heart desires !!!
From Indiana, we vacationed a lot all over the western states. Every things open, majestic and wild out there. That is all great to experience. Except what you are doing now with more focussed on all the small beautiful things about nature in these areas that have gone through centuries of humans diverse uses of the land, seems much more interesting than the majestic west. As a full time artist, I notice that you have a very good eye for seeing. Is what attracted me to subscribing. You don't need to know what exactly your'e looking for if you possess that artist eye for seeing. That when you bring your children along, they may not be as well focussed, but they are learning from your actions on how to see regardless. They won't forget and that will take them a long way in life.
I have watched since your first "About Me" video showed up on my sidebar but the ironic part is that I only watched it because of the "I'm So Tired" channel name. I thought "Anyone with that as a channel name must be interesting" and I was right. I then found that the rest of your videos were about nature and I was hooked. I am so glad that you stuck with it and I look forward to all of your future exploring.
You've obviously gained a lot of confidence since that first video. Not that there was anything wrong with you in that video. You just seem a lot more comfortable now. What do you do for work? Still teaching or something else?
I really enjoy your natural conversation. Too many people edit together their conversations into a choppy unnatural rhythm......I too had a problem with getting tired sooner then the average person. It also involved digestive problems. I finally got correctly diagnosed with celiac disease. I hope you find a solution to what makes you feel tired.
Last year was my first time seeing the mountains (smoky) as an adult and omg THEY MAKE YOU FEEL SOOOO SMALL, I got to see them once as a teenager almost 20ish years ago but like I dont remember how they made me feel then. Grew up in a flat state and not a whole lotta travel, hell I havent even seen the ocean in person 😂. I so badly want to go to the black sand beach in iceland, thats a definite bucketlist place for me cool photography! Keep keeping it real lady! Song shoutout? mushroomhead - seen it all
Awkward? Maybe a little, sure, but authentic in a way you don't see on YT all that often. Your pictures at the end are amazing. Ever seen a mountain goat standing sideways on a ledge? Out of curiosity, did you ever look into chronic fatigue syndrome? I had a friend in high school who had an experience a lot like what you described, always tired but no signs of any disease to explain it. CFS is what she ended up being diagnosed with.
Hi! Hope all is well! You seem really sweet and deserve happiness for you and your loved ones. Athletes learn that their biggest opponents are not the other teams or competitors, but themselves, their own limits and limitations. They need to overcome their limitations and weaknesses and be the best they can be to win. Sports emulate our lives. Perfection is not attainable, but constant progress is. this was a good one Em. sooo I got a bit restless today and decided to throw some things in the truck and head out on a road trip. I'm thinking Montana but I'll have to see what the weather (and roads) looks like as I get further north. I'm currently in a Walmart parking lot in Arkansas about to catch a few zzz's. if I see anything cool along the way I'll post some pictures on my RUclips account and try and tag you (not sure how well that works) later gator 🐊

I don't know how you would feel about it, but an interview with your mother would be interesting. I had to laugh a few vids ago, when your camera caught your mother telling your son this: "Did you pee on the tree like I told you? good job!!!", I think you were all looking for fossilized wood under a fallen tree at the time!!! 😂vid: Petrified wood in Pennsylvania, time 1:46.
shoutout! from the west side of pa. Venango Co. if yer lookin for a "cool" place to backpack, Clear Creek State Forest, Kennerdell Tract. carry on and enjoy!
Hope you and family are staying warm, don;t worry about being awkward, we are all awkward in some ways. Religion or being religious won't save you ...a relationship with Jesus will. Peace.
You’re not awkward…it takes a lot of courage to put yourself out there on RUclips sharing your experiences for the rest of us to enjoy. Thank you!

Don't give in and add google storage I say. I'm against adding a monthly payment. Put the pictures on google drive/drop box to download them to a computer and store them on a hard drive (or card) preferably two to have a back up. The experts do say to protect your data you should have it in three places. First home, then on another drive somewhere offsite (like at a family members or friends house or in a storage locker.
