I think they wasted a BIG oppertunity not putting changing gears into the game especially since manual transmissions were way more common! is that an option in the settings?
What a shame that you teleport location to location and drive along those. Such a wasted opportunity to not be an open world where your car lets you travel further.

I am not sure if there is manual transmission, I am no friend of automatic gearbox and would love to change gears myself
