Nice catch. If you plan on going back soon here is some Bridge closure information: LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- More lane closures are scheduled on the Sherman Minton Bridge in November and December. The westbound lanes are scheduled to close at 10 p.m. Nov. 17 and Dec. 1, reopening at 6 a.m. the following Mondays. The eastbound lanes are scheduled to close at 10 p.m. Dec. 8 and reopen at 5 a.m. the following Monday. The eastbound lanes will also be closed for nine days in mid-December, but no specific dates have been released yet.
I've been fishing the Falls of the Ohio for 5 decades in every river condition and river stage we even caught a few "hellbenders" down there..gotta be the best fishery within 500 miles of Louisville.

@@RiverBloodfishing I’ll keep an eye out for you. If you need skips, they have been pretty hot at Barkley Lately. Not so much at Kentucky

Cannelton dam used to be comparable but I haven't fished it much since the hydro went in.

Besides that blue my next favorite cat it a flat he would’ve left that river that day
