My dream just went up in flames, i dont understand shit of this altough its my dream to start my own bakery
How much can I realistically expect to take home every month if I am getting like 10-15 orders every week and I’m a premium priced bakery? As in, I focus on quality ingredients etc. I just need a ballpark number to know if this is even a realistic route for me. And is 10-15 orders a week a lot to you? That’s the number I have in my head for me to be maxed out
