Back before Clapton went off the deep end and became an asshole has-been, yeah. I’m glad guitarists like Joe are around to carry the torch, so the legacy doesn’t end with Clapton’s doddering ass.
@@TransDrummer1312 Clapton, not having honest information about the so-called "vaccines", took it, and regretted it, and has the honesty and integrity to tell others about the dangers of these poisons, unlike many (most?) musicians in their overly woke, Left-leaning industry, who are too stupid and gutless to speak out about things, such as the abject failure of Joe Biden, or the criminal nature of the "vaccine" mandates, etc. Clapton has vital relevance on this issue, whereas those speaking out against him are tools of Big Pharma.
many thanks Linda .......... He closed the show with this one back in April in Huntsville AL, with special guest Eric Gales sitting in. It was a guitar "war" and the winner was the audience
Your videos are legendary even up here in Canada . love Joe b seen him twice in Toronto.keep up the great work you're doing for some of us who can't make it to these shows.i can't wait to get out there and film some great blues shows. Thank you missmoke
Wow this guy really rocks, love this blues, God bless. Man I got to see Johnny Winter a year before he died wow is that amazing sold-out show in Athens Georgia

This comment section goes from hero to zero. I like his work, and his female backup. Jade is on most of his music from the studio. At least that is what I have come to think.
@Jackie Apreil I miss the old days when he toured with Eric Czar & Kenny Kramme. They were possibly of the best live power trios IMHO. This tour may or may not go, given what's happening now with the virus - the latest variant could shut it down at anytime, so why go out as a full group with additional singers & horns? Also, bands and musicians can get stagnate rehashing the same old thing, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. We saw the Country Tour opener at Humphrey's in San Diego a couple years back too, definitely not my favorite either - but still a fan!
@Jackie Apreil Well, If You're expecting great sound from a cell phone recording, you apparently don't understand acoustics. That's not Joe's fault! I wish he would ban phones and his concerts. You didn't think the interview with the guitarist for the E Street band was worthwhile? Now I'll have to go listen to it! Have to agree with you on royal Tea though
Get a lead vocalist ffs and that chick's harmonies on cream ?? Seriously dude......lose the EJ riffs and find your own voice..art is supposed to be about original composition....
Joe should take MissMoke out for dinner,...a lot.
😂😂
SUPER ...
He did call her out by name among the cardboard cutouts at the Ryman! Linda is immortalized on that DVD. 👍
A reminder of just how great Clapton and Cream were in their day
Nice job Joe

They were AWESOME!

JOE BONAMASSA IS A DOUCHE BLUES

True dat. Wheels of Fire changed my musical life. I think Joe has been the best playing today for several years.
Joe is incredible. I could never believe anyone could argue with that guy's talent.
Great to see a return of the Marshalls
He's kind of playing like Young Smokin' Joe too, it's cool
First thing I noticed were the Silver Jubilees too.
They are probably not operational (back up plan). I still see the combos to left with the baffle
@@mattstrat1 Sounds like Marshalls to me, which I prefer over the twins.
Yeah, maybe now the rest of us can find a vintage tweed Fender before Joe snaps it up.
That SG sounds heavenly
Nice to see Joe with an SG....😎
Thank you. I was there !
Me too! Not too bad for a D,E or F list musician to reopen the Greek !! 😎
Joe is a nice and forthcoming person and it resonates in his music! Cool
Fabulous video 💖!!! Thank You for posting !!!!
many thanks Linda .......... He closed the show with this one back in April in Huntsville AL, with special guest Eric Gales sitting in. It was a guitar "war" and the winner was the audience
Almost like being there at the Crossroads! Thanks Missmoke !!
Thank you for this and for ALL your excellent videos documenting the contemporary greats!

Love it
Thank U for sharing Missmoke !! Love listening at Joe in this hard moments :0
You know when a guitarist is getting older and you see the SG's coming out instead of playing the magical holy woods of the 50's Les Paul's.
This is a vintage 1961 Les Paul SG. A legendary instrument.

Sounds terrific 👍🎸🎶🙌
Love it .....
Joe is playing his 1961 Les Paul SG...one of the coolest guitars ever created. Those pickups are Alnico 5 PAFs.
As always appreciate you Miss Moke!!!
Love Joe's sound on a '61 (or '62 perhaps) Les Paul
Hell Yeah :)
Great track
Joe once said “I don’t do SG’s” I guess he’s reconsidered. Good on ya mate!
He's always had them, just not his playing preference
Nice!!
Seventh Comment! Awesome video!
🔥🔥🔥
You're a gem Lindy
This is what the silver jubilee sounds like!!!
I have one, it's probably my prized possession. If you can turn it up to about 7, it's godlike.
Very nice playing Joe!
Joe tore that up!
Anyone packin a Les Paul every night will appreciate an SG.
My guess is a Les Paul is heavier. Is that what you mean?
@@jaybarber68 yep
Joe is awesome
Closed Vegas show last Friday with "Crossroads".....so talented!!

RED ROCKS 8/8 WAS AWESOME 😎 YA I said AWESOME 😎
Nice solos
Eric Clapton the vocal. Joe Bonamassa.....hasn't been born yet.
Great job; but in August '21; where's Anton Figg?
Marshal number one
Joe B sounds good on a sG !

That bass player is Michael Rhodes from my hometown of Monroe , la
the..bad to the bone....larry porter ..?..🤙
I like that he didn't reproduce the lead breaks note for note.
💗💗💗💗💗
♥♥♥
Not too bad!! . . LOL
SG just has that trademark growly whine that the Les Paul can't quite get.
always fabulous, question: what happen to anton fig??
The Gibson SG was designed for music like this.
What are these things they've sewn on Joe's disco suits? Why don't his pants have any?
Smokin Joe, as always. The jacket's pretty dorky though! His simple suits work. Why guild the lily?!
That's what he gets for making a deal with the devil.
@Jackie Apreil 👋👋

@Evil Rev well ... It certainly is a fashion write off!😆
Oh oh, new model SG coming out from Gibson and Epiphone! 🙄
Brilliant musician but the hell is that jacket. Is he looking for a Las Vegas residency or something?
What? Playing a Gibson SG?
Turn up the vocals or turn down the guitar
Until the CDC tells you to wear your mask again.. lol
Not sure who this new drummer is but he seems a bit run of the mill compared to Anton, not a change for the better.
so mechanical, so mediocre, where is the flame of passion in his playing?
he butchered it

Maybe it's time Joe got in touch with Elon Musk's hair transplant guy...
