- Underworld Goddess of the Closed world is great for outing problem boss monsters, but did you know it can be destroyed by mirrorjade the ice blade dragon. I'm going to share 5 tips about Underworld Goddess focusing on all of the different parts of her effects.

Rn in master duel goddess is a key card for sprights and to stop sprights. Her usage is going to sky rocket now because Grave yard decks are going to start popping up and although goddess has a few weakness runick sprights can protect her and Ava max can protect her in battle so good card now I like!

I use her to make a 7300 Accescode Talker alongside IP Masquerena. But in the current state of the game, even something like that gets clapped lol.

@@LegacyCrusaders Dingirsu in a Cydra deck and maybe summoning Cyberdark end dragon fast or a way for that deck to be consistent in master duel.
@charmzee8749 that's not the kind of cards i had in mind. To make a video for it, i need it to be generic so it applies to multiple decks or specific to a newer commonly played deck. Additionally that's a deck i don't play and don't have any insight regarding that someone else hasn't covered in more detail then i could realistically as a novice of the card and deck.
I don't mind the Underworld Goddess can't negate the summon of the Paleozoics since I don't see that interaction a lot. But I find it incredibly stupid. I understand the logic of "you would be attempting to summon a trap card from the graveyard not a monster" but the damn card says "this is not treated as a trap," so I think it should apply here!
Well it's in the database so it's gonna work that way. But until it's summoned it's not a monster is the logic I think. But it's also summoning this card which at the time is a trap at that moment.

Amazing video. However, Mirrorjade is complete BS which they should correct. It absolutely does not matter if it is not an activated effect but a resolving effect. It is still an effect regardless and the key part is that it does not target. Even if mirrorjade effect resolving took two turns, it does not matter because its still an effect and it does not target. That needs to be corrected because it does not make any sense to believe just because an effect is lingering and resolving at the end then it bypasses goddess effect.

Can you tell me why Accesscode can’t destroy Underworld with its card effect? I thought since I targeted it that it would work. I felt like such a noob
Accesscode Talker's effect does not target.
If I'm not mistaken, her primary weakness is Forbidden Chalice, right?
Ye but nobody rlly plays that card and u can negate that easily with different extra deck cards
She's weak to plenty of cards
@@LegacyCrusaders If there is deck which can mix a main deck full of only Fiends as summoned monsters (I mean, having ghost belle but with no intention of summoning her is fine) and trap heavy (which don't see much play nowadays besides the solemn brigade, infinite impermanence, and floodgates), she'll see lots of play in that deck. Backrow can cover her weaknesses since effects that target you know what is going to happen. And if most of your non fiends are not summoned or are extra deck monsters, Rivalry of the Warlords can screw over your opponent. That said the better fiend archetypes like Burning Abyss, Dark World, and Abyss Actors don't have deck space for out of archetype backrow besides the solemn cards.

It's not a boss monster anyone's trying to base a full deck around to have to cover its weaknesses and it can be played in anything that can summon 4 monsters, I doubt anyone is waiting for the right format and deck to play it. They'll play it if they have space and if there is a card that's hard to out in traditional ways.
I was playing in Master Duel and got 2 Machina Fortress, Machina Unclaspare and Scrap Recycler on my side of the field, then the opponent had Mekknight Avramax (on the extra monster zone), Number 35: Ravenous Tarantula and IP:Masquerena (linked to Avramax) on their side of the field… Then, why I couldn’t Special Summon Underworld Goddess of the Closed World?, can someone explain that to me please?

@@LegacyCrusaders oh man, you are right, now I feel like a monkey for ignoring that particular condition, thank you for answering me, I knew by that time how to remove the threat that I made a mistake summoning Unclaspare... Pfff haha well I feel much better now
When will Konami make a card to punish thieves?? Like instead of just surrendering in disgust when they tribute your monsters there was a hand trap card stating “if your opponent would tribute a monster on your side of the field” Both players take 8000 damage to their life points…
Ugh... learn to adapt. Cause that's probably not happening.

I found she works really well with live twins
She's just a good card, excellent 15th slot if you have room, even better if you play I:P. Spright and Evil twins just excel at having lots of small bodies, and link 2's make her easier. and Spright tries to have I:P cause there are less link 2's to go for now. Idk much about pure evil twin to comment, I just face alot of live twin spright on Master Duel Currently.
I tried ring of destruction on it in master duel and it didn't work.
Am I misunderstanding ring of destruction?
I assume it was made by ip which would make it instructed indestructible by card effect, but I can't know what happened on your game to know what other things may have led to that
What about mirrorjades active effect? since it does target her shouldnt it work to banish her?
