Just put in bettery plug it to your sucket and punch in the credit and light will come up immediately but note that there must be Phcn light around before you can do this

Use finger batteries if you do not have any socket to plug and power it but ensure to still plug it in a socket in your apartment even as you put the batteries

Please only plug it on switch when you want to recharge your light.... is when your credit about to finish when you plug it. You will see a yellow light blinking, once credit finish patapata the red light will show. When you still have enough credit the green light shows. So do not plug it until you want to recharge. I hope this will help
Is connected to your apartment cable so use any socket in your apartment. Once is connected during installation, it doesn't go off code. If is not connecting please contact the nearest phcn office around you means their is a problem somewhere. I hope this helps
