Windows jumps are the best! Dominik, what do you think, what is the max save high you can jump from? I mean that you can land on the ground (on legs) without injury?
if I was a strong & flexible midget weighing 60kg with perfect genetics I could do it from 12meters.. if the landing would be perfect then without any injuries... but I'm 90kg with very limited dorsal flexion in my ankles because of many injuries so if someday somebody will offer to film me with high speed cameras and everything for official world record I would prepare and do it from 7,7meters (could do it from 9 if I landed perfectly but even I am not insane... cause if you fuck up you die or worse... end up in a wheelchair)
I hope someday will offer you something like this and I hope you will land safe! If somebody can do it, it is you! ;) Stay strong man, more videos like this, I`m your big fan from Slovakia.

My question is Can we combine strength and endurance? For example if I want to increase my pull up rep also want to explosiveness, mean power. How can we combine with these two? İf I train pull up variations 3-4 days in a week, should I split endurance day or should I add endurance set to my strength routine, like drop set?What is your routine about it or suggest?
M.R VENOM of course you can combine them! My suggestion is that you drop sets after strength training. For example if you do weighted pullups then do drop sets with more reps. I hope that answers your question! Be safe bro =)

I started swimming and running to try to make some muscles, but I still struggle. Do you know any type of exercise that I can try to do to gain leg muscles? It's been almost 4 years since then and It's not funny to be nailed to the ground.
When you jump inside a car do you not hurt yourself when you land on the gear box or seat belts plugs? Or do you fill the car with pillows before filming?

Hey Dominik! Can you do a video on how to grip/grab the pull-up bar? I have been having calluses. Some videos recommend holding it at the base of the fingers. But that feels like a looser grip to me as I can't wrap around the bar properly. Also it puts pressure on bones of the fingers.
Carlton Davis I have started getting used to the bar at the base of the fingers grip now. Now the calluses don't pinch and hopefully I will get less calluses now. Wearing gloves doesn't give a tight grip so I won't be doing that. And as for thumb I wrap it around because I have heard from Brendan Meyers that it engages more muscles of the forearms.
