Excellent video Mistermoose. Will eventually get this game but want to wait until it goes through some more patching and some more mods comes out. I am hopefully to see the California map come out for this if it hasn't already. Big maps with plenty of different crops and different things to do is what I look for. Also like the older farming machines and equipment and trucks. I like these simulators because it gives you a little taste of the profession. Again, excellent video.

If you are following the steps I outlined and the map isn't there, then maybe you have a mod conflict. Try removing all the mods except for the map from your mods folder and try again with just the map. If that doesn't work then redownload the map and start over. If you follow the steps it should work.
What do you do if it takes more than an hour for a map to start/load. After having installed it. (Mining and construction mod) I removed all mods that might be conflicting.
Im having trouble downloading Dondiego or any map. When I start the game I can see things but its dark and all I can do is look around and jump. Any other mods like Trucks and such work but not the maps. Any suggestions?
Hello I have done just what you have done in the video I just got North Brabant by Mike modding and one by Stevie I put them in my mods folder from my down loads folder and nothing, now I am not using any down load manager or file extractor. but they just dont show up they are in the mods folder but the game doesn't see them any help thanks

So i downloaded upper Mississippi River valley and the map works but the sky is black how can it fix that and i also tried Missouri River bottom and that one the whole picture was dark and i couldnt mover or have control to do anything where did i go wrong? Thanks

This process works for 99%. If you in fact did all this as described and not a single mod worked, then you should contact Giants tech support as you must have issues that others aren't experiencing. Sorry I can't be of any further assistance.
Still doenst work,not everyone is dumb to not see the arrows to change the map,i still have only the 2 default maps and i did install it right,copy/paste the ziped map file to the mods folder
I downloaded Courseplay, (www.farming2015mods.com/farming-simulator-2017-mods/fs17-other/fs17-courseplay/) but the problem is that it shows up in singleplayer but not multiplayer. Any help please?
Unless they've been converted over no,those aren't compatible. If it's a mod you really like and have the patience to do some researching you can convert them yourself but I've heard it's not that easy,takes a bit of code writing. Moreso for the scripts those mods use. Hope that helped some.

But seriously, I feel bad so let me help you out legit this time. There is a know bug with Farm Simulator 17 and mods. Apparently they will sell this game to anyone with a computer regardless if they have a clue how to operate it. Your problem simply is you never should have purchased a PC in the first place. Take it back to the sales rep that originally sold it to you and ask for a refund or trade on console as you clearly are too stupid for a PC.

No idea! Sorry I can't answer your question but I have no info on console. I don't follow the console side.
If fs17 is like fs15 was for consoles mods there most likely won't be just the stander dlc's when they come out that why I play both ..pc mostly
okay so I downloaded a ford f150 mod and it showed up in the modhub's mod list but when I went to get on a map it didn't show up in that mod list.

I downloaded Courseplay, (www.farming2015mods.com/farming-simulator-2017-mods/fs17-other/fs17-courseplay/) but the problem is that it shows up in singleplayer but not multiplayer. Any help please?
I don't believe it is multiplayer compatible. That is why you have multiple players.
I only play with one friend through, but they do need to add multiplayer support.

IF there are any maps available for console less say ps4 you go to your ps store and look for add on's and down load them from there. hope this helps

Google winzip or winrar and download that first,preferably I like winrar over winzip. Once installed the rest is easy! Have a good one!
Win 10 can do it without a 3rd party program, just right-click ... if you not got MS's latest-n-greatest, then follow Jeff's suggestion.
