KY is a nice state !!! I always enjoy traveling there !!! You came near my home when your near Harrisburg !!! Drive safe and keep up the great work !!!!
Keep up the good work. Been In last few days at my aunts house. Steve at rush has been building our truck for over a month. Almost done with it can't wait to get back rolling again. Then off to OKC to get our new drop deck. Be safe look forward to your next video.
man im wanting to get into trucking and you have inspired me to do so I've been watching alot of your videos and im working on getting my CDL permit now
Hey Man, love the vids, lots of great info. You've living the trucking dream, driving that wonderful pete, running for Landstar. I really enjoyed your vid about your trucking career, you sure busted ass to get where you are now. Hope to be in the same position one day, took 3 layoffs and lost my career, dad was a driver so always been around it. My brother and I went to trucking In January, and we both drive for a Canadian Mega carrier, paying our dues till we can either go Owner/Operator or Get on Turnpike Doubles. Keep up the good work on the vids, all the best!.
When you talk about moving the 5th wheel or sliding the tandems to change the weight profile - does the rig drive different? Do you feel any difference the way it handles? Thanks
I really enjoy the videos, the truck looks great! I noticed that you run for Landstar, but you aren't running spot mirrors. I was told they require them, is that true?
How difficult is it to get loads out of military bases? I noticed you said there were no freight coming out of Valdosta which there's Moody AFB & Robins AFB in the area.
I'd like a tour of the inside of your truck. How deep are those cubbies above your visors? Also, when I order my truck, I'm going to order an A.P.U. also. How about telling us how it works and what's it cost to operate overnight compared to idling. How long it takes to pay for itself. What kind of upkeep is required Etc.
What dose the tire sound like if it is bad or say low on air ?? I seen you checking them with a hammer thanks. I like your videos it's really help me out alot.
you can't really tell inside the truck, especially not on the trailer tires. and these tires get filled to 100-110 psi so even if it doesn't look like it's low it could still be sitting at the 60-80 psi range.
Doug Norris it produces a different thump, and if you notice all thumps sounded the same and after thumping for 17 years you learn the difference between a 100 psi and 60 psi and I stick all my tires with a gauge every morning during my pretrip inspection, trailer tire are auto inflate, so you can't check them with a gauge
Life is Good. To be fair you can check the auto inflate ones with a gauge. It's just a pain in the ass. If you pull the hose off the hubcap you can put your gauge on the end of the hose to check your tire pressure.
What do you consider a good haul rate? Does your type of freight pay by the mile, by the load, by the ton mile?.I live in the middle Georgia area i haul liquid asphalt from Lithonia Ga to Macon Ga, I charge by the ton mile i am just curious how your freight pays.Stay safe out there.
I believe he may actually be referring to the vortex generators, but I was wrong once before. If that is the case AJ & Ned, they are used to streamline airflow, and thus, decrease fuel consumption.
haha. So about as useful as I had imagined. Kerosene does an excellent job of dealing with glue residue in my experience. You know, if you ever find the time to mess about with the things.
shy no I don't, I only shot a video of my truck while it was new and added it into my channel that only had 3 subscribers, the plan was just for my keepsake library and then the channel took off, so here we are, producing videos for some reason.
Life is Good Did you ever notice that some of the best experiences in life have been those that you never planned to do but instead just kinda happened on their own? I think your channel and videos are like that. Enjoying what you are doing very much, thanks!
Shay Earl reefer loads normally consist of food products and all food related products does require a seal and lots of various freight requires seals, you don't see my sealed loads because how could I show you my load if it was sealed, so there's no point in going back there.
I really enjoy watching your videos. Keep them up.

Why do some truck trailers have the wide single tire, instead of this duel tires?
Did you see a older pete 389 blue and white truck with 2 color blue's on the trailer
What dose the tire sound like if it is bad or say low on air ?? I seen you checking them with a hammer thanks. I like your videos it's really help me out alot.

caliarmyguy yes but there is no need in doing so, it's preset and even has a idiot light on the nose of the trailer letting you know air is flowing
How's the fuel mileage doing on that truck. Has it been getting better?
Looks like there is a recall for that new engine, fuel pump
04dakota not on the X-15 just the ISX, already looked into it, thanks

cevans097 basically by the mile
Stop in ol smiths grove ky I-65
I know I asked this and you answered. What does your tractor weigh again? When is a tractor considered "Heavy"? When is it considered "Light"?
Sam O roughly 21,700
Did you hit that rain storm coming thru Buffalo Friday?
Matthew McEwen yes I did, got pretty nasty
Life is Good. I'm in the Buffalo area. Their was a video of a water spout over Lake Erie.
What's different between landstar inway and landstar ranger?
Artur A now it's just a different dot number and csa score
How long you been with Landstar?
Three Swords was there for 4 and a 1/2 years
Are you payed extra for load of hazardous goods?
SFtruckerWolf normally I will only haul it for the rate or if that's all that's moving out of a certain area.
Climbing Mount Jellico wasn't available, fyi.
Raymond Bradley scheduled for later this week, sorry about the teaser
What are the triangle things on the back of the trailer?
AJ & Ned placard holders for Hazmat placards that identity what hazardous materials is inside the trailer
I believe he may actually be referring to the vortex generators, but I was wrong once before. If that is the case AJ & Ned, they are used to streamline airflow, and thus, decrease fuel consumption.
Dan Priest and they are a waste and eyesore and will eventually get removed, when I'm ready to deal with the glue residue
haha. So about as useful as I had imagined. Kerosene does an excellent job of dealing with glue residue in my experience. You know, if you ever find the time to mess about with the things.
I see your mirrors are lowered
James Wade and my ears 😎
How many miles is the new Pete up to now?
Stan Chase 51,000
do you have any videos with your old volvo?
shy no I don't, I only shot a video of my truck while it was new and added it into my channel that only had 3 subscribers, the plan was just for my keepsake library and then the channel took off, so here we are, producing videos for some reason.
Life is Good Did you ever notice that some of the best experiences in life have been those that you never planned to do but instead just kinda happened on their own? I think your channel and videos are like that. Enjoying what you are doing very much, thanks!
Captain Hart, Thank you

Nice bad ass Pete you got....if u can show us parking ur truck and trailer at home in ur yard...if u can...
Mr Andre Paden I would but that would make it easier to figure out where I live
I think he means I 66..
So where’s the good life? All I’m seeing is the Trucking life...LOL
That's weird that customers don't require seals on all loads. Maybe it's different from reefer loads
Shay Earl reefer loads normally consist of food products and all food related products does require a seal and lots of various freight requires seals, you don't see my sealed loads because how could I show you my load if it was sealed, so there's no point in going back there.
