I used to think people on this channel hated Snoop because AOD hates Snoop. I’m quite glad that that’s not the case. A lot of people actually understood Snoop’s choice. People say but why did he diss Biggie, he dissed Biggie for himself not for Pac, for shooting at his trailer in NY. He never intended for the diss song to see the light of day either so I don’t know why AOD fans (not pac fans) stick to that whole argument. Another lie being sold to you by Reggie Wright Jr and Mutah (it could just be they were not aware) is that Snoop dissed Biggie on one day, then the next day switched sides, the timeline is all wrong. Snoop dissed Biggie immediately after returning to the West coast from the NY NY video shoot. A-lot of time had passed before he went on Angie Martinez radio show to profess his love for Puffy and Biggie. A lot of time had passed for him to have a change of heart. Snoop has always claimed he privately spoke to Tupac about losing interest in beefing the East coast / Bad boy and gave Pac his reasons, he said after Pac heard him out, Pac called him soft saying his murder trial had made him soft. Spice 1 is basically corroborating this story. Pac knew Snoop was no longer interested in the beef before the Angie Martinez interview, he got mad because Snoop PUBLICLY revealed to the world that DEATHROW WASN’T UNITED IN THE BEEF AGAINST THE EAST COAST, that was why he was Mad at Snoop, not because he felt blind sided or he felt Snoop switched sides. Reggie recently corroborated this point i just made. If you listened to Reggie explain the call he got from Michael Moore who was in the Limo with Pac listening to Snoop on the radio with Angie Martinez, Pac was mad as hell saying “I’m a dead man, now they know we are not United” Pac never said Snoop switched sides he was mad that Snoop revealed on Radio that he didn’t feel the same way Pac felt about the beef. I personally feel it was an “Art of War” strategy for Pac to want the East-coast to think Deathrow was united in their beef against them. When Snoop revealed they weren’t United, Pac didn’t want no one to know he was alone in that war.

Art punching the air right now 🤣 It’s clear he doesn’t like Snoop and was hoping Spice 1 said something negative about him. Spice 1 gave an intelligent response regarding the snoop and Pac situation.
That murder case take just in few words shifted my perspective on the situation a bit because it does make sense when you think about it -snoop really wasn’t dissing anybody “publicly” at that time well at least not that i know of and the bad boy/deathrow beef was too hot and had too many eyes on i.e “media” but that still doesn’t explain why he lies all these years later.
Pac didn’t need Snoop Dogg of all people to ride with him the problem is Snoop not being a man from the jump and saying he doesn’t have a problem with Big or Puff. Snoop had invested some of his time and energy into the situation even took shots at Big so Pac thought he had an ally.
Snoop was smart enough to know that the media and record labels were pumping this east coast/west coast beef. The beef was selling magazines, records, getting TV coverage. The issue was Tupac and everybody knew Big didn't have him shot, but he wasn't coming at the dudes who shot him. Suge wanted this beef and instigated it. He was using Pac as a pawn.
At the end of the day, it's a just a business. A shady one at that. No real friends in it. Make your money and go home. That's how I treat work. Don't expect anything from my coworkers. They aren't my friends, and I'll never make the mistake believing otherwise. I make my money and keep it moving.
I know Spice 1 said that the song "Fame" was recorded right before Pac left for Vegas in September of '96, but the master reel for that song is on display at the "Wake Me When I'm Free" exhibit and it says August 20, 1996. That's 17 days before Pac went to Vegas. 🤔
i noticed something a few days ago. snoop dropped an unreleased track with 2pac and the dog pound (street life) on "tim westwood", and on his outro he says "we dropping gems on em like mobb deep"....bro...drop a gem on em is a 2pac diss, and a pretty vicious one...snoop is a snake in the grass
Snoop was definitely the smart one on that one. Staying out 2pac's bs probably saved his life. Snoop lived his life to the fullest, still looking healthy, still married with kids and grand kids. Still doing good business and music, still having fun. Accepted and recognized everywhere around the globe. The white folks love him, and black folks fcks with him. He won, big! 2Pac on the other hand, was relentless with the dumb sht it seems. And now he's not here to tell his own story.
BS. Snoop did well playing all sides I agree. But in principle he's a snake. Served him well. Can't be mad at him, but these takes about Pac being a sole instigator of all that's bad is not correct. Your opinion though.

No he was frustrated with the East coast because they never showed Love for them while they showed Love for them I would be frustrated too and New York didn’t show Love for Death Row that night and I think Death Row killed it that night with their performance and also the awards, Dre producer of the year awards and I think music video that he directed with Natural Born Killaz, Suge with Soundtrack of the Year as Executive Producer, Snoop with Artist of the Year and for them not to get any Love by the New York audience speaks volume some did but majority wasn’t and Suge was pointing out facts Puff was always in the spotlight of Big he didn’t say nothing wrong and same thing with Snoop, the east coast doesn’t have Love for Dre, Snoop and Death Row
@@littlehorn8503 we was fuking with snoop and Dre. Shit, they was playing they videos on bet which is in nyc. It's the way they came to NYC on some gangsta throwing up w's instead of trying to be accepted in the mecca. Just like how they won't accept a NY gang member, same shit

Ghetto heaven spice mentions is the Original sample in ghetto gospel - they used that with the Tracy chapman sample- favourite pac song if I was forced to choose one.
Snoop Dogg about his whole picture that's why he decided to go the route he did he knew his future was more important than trying to continue on beefing
That is funny because one minute he was dissing biggie with pac and next he's best friends with biggie 😂😂😂

Snoop a hypocrite, he diss Biggie and the song is on RUclips. And then wanted to be friends with him. But you will never hear him say, he made a diss track about Biggie
Snoop has songs dissing Biggie and Bad Boy which were recorded after the murder trial.
Everybody need a patna like spiggety spice salute!

This Spice interview is fire
Snoop saw the bigger picture and the business side of things. Pac wasn’t even on Deathrow that long for his beef to be Snoops beef.
He was indebted to suge, why is that so hard for people to remember?
I believe that from the bottom of my heart
Never understood why snoop had to beat a murder case when he ain’t even the one who did the shooting
he was apart of it
It was Snoops bodyguard that killed the dude who was coming after Snoop. Him and his Bodyguard were charged with murder. They went after Snoop so hard Cuz he was a big name rapper and he was just establishing his name. U could say that the law wanted to make an example of Snoop by convicting him of murder, but it failed. Snoop had a Strong Team behind him so he was able to beat it.
well said
Exactly.

I wonder if heaven got a ghetto is extremely underrated
Snoop dogg is not the easy going guy he’s portrayed as. Shady
Biggie got on the radio and got snoop and the dogg pound trailer shot up. Ain’t no being friends after that
Snoop was really friends with Puff no biggie.
snoop is a grown ass man
Who wasn't he mad at? You can't expect people to do what you want to do. You out here making enemies and I suppose to ride with you on all this. Havoc said that about Prodigy. Havoc said it ruined his opportunity to produce for other artists. He had to ride with his homie. At least they were a group. Snoop aint Pac flunky. He ain't in his crew. You Thug Life, I'm Dogg Pound. That's it.
Calm down my guy

Maybe art can stop clout chasing with the snoop and pac beef because you explained it great
Fedi Chico is a LEGEND....#RESPECT

@@dirratt he was dissing biggie on his own at first pac didn’t force dude to do anything can’t say you’re loyal and you one foot out and one foot in if he wanted to be cool with them he should’ve let it be known when pac first came to death row and snoop has unreleased biggie diss songs
@@donaldb93 exactly 💯. That's the thing he should've just been a man out the gate and said that that had nothing to with him and he wanted no parts in dissin big or bad boy. Pac was cool with several people that never said a word about biggie and I'm sure it's because they all had that understanding with him that it wasn't their beef. But don't act like you with it then turn around and tuck your tail later on. That's how a coward moves.
@@andreanderson1687 exactly like Treach and Fat Joe was real cool with biggie and Pac knew that but respected them for having an understanding and not doing sneaky shit and you right snoop was tucking his tail playing the victim and told pac that biggie got his video shoot shot up another reason why pac went so hard at bad boy
Nigga u have some kind vendetta against Snoop. Shout out to Spice 1 for his perspective on Pac and Snoop rift
2 PAC was very childish and ignorant
he made a lot of enemies
Yea, we knew that.
but still much love to Spice 1 for actually telling the truth
That still doesn’t give snoop frog to start hanging with the oops after 2pac got shot like you picking sides he said pac was his nigga but he said that will talk about him when he’s gone. can’t talk bad on snoop frog cuz he still the peoples choice on the west coast pac wouldn’t fuck with spice 1 after that . 'I wonder if heaven got a ghetto my cousin died last year n I still can't let go' --🔥Spice 1 - Welcome To The Ghetto
Classic!
I walk the streets in my city in my neighborhood seeing dope friends living off can goods! 👌🏾
That part 💯
Snoop was smart enough to know that the media and record labels were pumping this east coast/west coast beef. The beef was selling magazines, records, getting TV coverage.
The issue was Tupac and everybody knew Big didn't have him shot, but he wasn't coming at the dudes who shot him.
Suge wanted this beef and instigated it. He was using Pac as a pawn.
Really they forced crips & bloods together.
At the end of the day, it's a just a business. A shady one at that. No real friends in it. Make your money and go home. That's how I treat work. Don't expect anything from my coworkers. They aren't my friends, and I'll never make the mistake believing otherwise. I make my money and keep it moving.
You have it backwards,Snoop was being a man but not letting Pac bully him into a situation
I wonder if heaven got a ghetto ? My cousin died last year and I still can't let go .
Damn I remember ghetto heaven as a kid, that had to be in the late 80's 🤔

I know Spice 1 said that the song "Fame" was recorded right before Pac left for Vegas in September of '96, but the master reel for that song is on display at the "Wake Me When I'm Free" exhibit and it says August 20, 1996. That's 17 days before Pac went to Vegas. 🤔

Pac didn’t die over his beef with big. Pac got killed on some internal LA street gang shit. Pac and big is no different than any other hip hop beefs
BS. Snoop did well playing all sides I agree. But in principle he's a snake. Served him well. Can't be mad at him, but these takes about Pac being a sole instigator of all that's bad is not correct. Your opinion though.
Snoop was a 🐍 who was dissing biggie and the east coast whenever he was around Pac. Then when it got serious he punked out, only 🤡's think what snoop did is ok.
