I used to love reading! But unfortunately the past year i've gotten into a bit of a rut and am so glued to mindless TV or just scrolling 24/7. I barely leave the house and seriously need to make changes but have been finding it so hard to get way from tik tok/ binge watching series etc.. I love your videos because watching them reminds me of the person I used to be before all this screen time, and i'm hoping to start (actively) living my life again soon.
