Thank you for another excellent review! I’m surprised how bright the old Nitecore TINI was in the beam comparison segment. The original TINI remains one of my most carried flashlights. Small but mighty. Thank you.

I liked the TINI the battery went eventually, size and design was quite good.

Great job on this review! I think this might be the Ultimate EDC / SHTF Flashlight.

They are good, also other models I've looked at. An extra power level would be welcomed

Yes, O-Light is way superior but in return
    that is a little easy
    keyholder light.

Olight have a good UI, but I don't care much for their custom battery obsession.
RovyVon should work on the UI a bit more, but they are quite nice models despite this.

Double press for moonlight might have been better but its sweet i have the cool white and red

They are nice offerings, but the UI isn't the best that is true

Thanks for the review. Dual power abilities is a positive imho. My concern is the battery latch though. Is it really secure in pockets though? Have you experienced any issues? The Nichia leds would fare much better in this light imho. 😀

Samples can vary including the plastic ones I used, some are tighter then others (latch). I've not had a problem with a pocket carry on any of them

No one has used an actual torch in probably 150 years ! Would you Brits PLEASE knock off the crap of referring to any kind of a light as a torch !!!

I've a great idea, you don't tell me how to speak English because I'm from the place that invented it; use the words you want to, and be a bit more tolerant, there is a world outside of the USA you know, quite a big one.

This UI sucks. Olight has the best interface and everybody should just copy that. Felix’s long press to turn on sucks. Single click to cycle brightness sucks. Double tap to moonlight sucks. Long press to turn off sucks.

Olight does have a good UI, however their obsession with non removable batteries - would likely mean they would not include the AAA option in a model like this. The UI is perhaps better on the dual switch models, I'm not crazy about it on this one, but you can get used to it as you can any UI
