So are you saying the solution is to strengthen the back and leg muscles and core muscles because they are weak and thus the pelvis is overcompensating for the weak extremities. By strengthening them it will fix the problem? Sorry you weren’t very clear on what the solution is but this is what I think you are saying?
Get the proper mechanics down, repeat the movements that encourage the proper mechanics which is how you strengthen, and that is how you stabilize the pelvis. Strengthening does not come by loading the joint with more weight!!
