You put so much work. In the Philippines we just juice it without water and cook the juice with low heat and then boom we have coconut snack and oil

does it make your hair smell rancid after a while, i apply my oils with a protective hairstyles and ill go 4 weeks no wash, i made some coconut oil and applied sumn, and now i can smell myself with every tilt of my head
I think this is very neat, especially if you prefer to do this method. The process was easy enough, but it would take a lot of coconuts to get a decent amount. Does the cooking of it for so long possibly reduce some of the nutrients? 💜
No it didnt, it was on very low heat because you don't want to burn the oil. Burning the oil will take away the nutrients 😍😍 thats what I said too, will need alot of coconut to get alot of oil. It smells amazing, 😍 I smell it everyday lol

I tried doing it today ma the coconut is just burning and not producing oil😢 or do i have to freeze it before putting it on fire?
When you cover it overnight, it foam up, just scope out the thick floating part, then fry it, that's the coconut oil. Check other channels because this her method is confusing for a learner.
Pls I need help I got the ktc coconut oil today but it is odourless I think I got the cooking I don't if I can still use on my skin

Never mix it with water ,just squeeze the juice out and cook it ,i mean cook the juice so will pure oil and what ever is left u can ea t it yum ..It called Coconut Oil not Virgin Coconut Oil
