Creatures with long necks have higher pitched vocals. It's not copyright, it's being accurate to reality, and people are so stupid they jump immediately to "someone copied" like there aren't 20 species of bird that sounds exactly like both of them.

This most be a coincidence, as MH roars where actually produces by the sound design team manually there is even video footage of their creation process, not specifically footage of legianas roar but for some others, they used some technical SFX classic techniques to get the sounds, it is possible however that they used a similar wave length sound and get a very similar in revenge of the fallen and MH, ghidorahs roar is different enough to be a completely different source though

Using stock sfx, sampling sounds and borrowing from sound libraries is very much everywhere and in most games. A lot of popular videogame music sample from these stock libraries as well, theres no real shame in doing this

First of all, you used Ghidorah's alpha call roar for comparison, not his default monsterverse roar. Second, you can actually hear a wail at the end of the roar that is not only barely audible, but also almost identical to the female Muto roar.
Bro that gidorah roar is completely sick ( and i do not say this a lot but ) its absolutely BADASS Legiana is cool and kinda nice to listen to The point is they dont sound very similar

Yeah about that, one of the sound design studios/company that worked on mhw does sound effects on films, one of those films were transformers, hence, they can reuse some of the sound fx from that film(capcom reuses a lot of their own sound effects as well in their own games!) The sound team is called “skywalker sound”. Found out about this from the game informer video about velkhana’s sound effects. It’s both entertaining and informative go check it out 😀
