I think there is a big difference between the chronic fatigue you talk about and post viral ME/CFS. Notably the inclusion of post exertion malaise (PEM).
Test only as good as the interpreter. Optimal levels. 🎉🎉🎉Soo true even with discussing Hashimotos. Also tapering from benzodiazepines can bring you into the bedridden chronic fatigue world. I’m tapering from 30 years of 2mg klonopin starting my taper 3 years ago and currently at .5 mg. My chronic fatigue started at the beginning of the taper. Another discussion that very few medical professionals will have including psychiatrists that prescribe benzodiazepines. Sending lots of love and support to all on this journey. Thank you for the content❤ of this video.
Thank you for your support! Yes, benzodiazepines are indeed very hard to taper off and it can be a complicated process. Sending you lots of love and strength as you continue your journey. Your insights about chronic fatigue and the challenges of tapering are so important and often overlooked in medical discussions. Thank you for sharing your experience and participating in this community.
