    This is 16min 30sec tape in two segments, First Army on the road to Cologne (Koln) and First Army takes Cologne. Film is B&W with narration.Starts 23 Feb to 5 April. Units are the first eighth Army German units are 6th army and 2nd Panzer Division. Film shows U.S. units advancing through mine fields entrenched fighters in buildings. Weather limits air support, and winter time conditions exist. U.S. 9th Armor and 9th Infantry enter center city on April 5.
