It took me 5 months to finally begin to understand. As a result of the back n forth I was forced into surrender. Currently still in surrender/ purification and every day I feel more and more aligned. Exactly what you describe is happening for me. My life has become so full, I experience states of bliss even when things aren’t going “my” way. And although my DM is still deep in his process I can see and feel the shifts. The minute I recognized how I was energetically all up in his lane and got the hell out of there major shifts have happened. I was already 10 years into a stringent recovery journey prior to meeting him and this journey has still been profoundly challenging. The key is focusing on me. Because I think Twin Flames are here on a special mission to help raise the vibration in our own ways. I don't think it's just a common regular occurrence. I heard a RUclipsr saying that the other day and that makes me think that they view this as just a romantic connection. I do believe everyone has a romantic Soulmate, but not a Twin Flame. Anyways, thank you for your content! We need it ❤
We all are created as twins, it’s spoken about in many ancient spiritual scriptures, however it’s not common for both to incarnate in the same lifetime. We are seeing more now than ever though and that’s because the human consciousness is on a rapid ascension path to shift the planet ❤️❤️

So if that's true maybe some people don't have a Twin because they may have already come together in a previous life or will come together in a future incarnation. Which is why I don't believe everyone has a Twin somewhere out here. Having a Twin is a call to duty. It's like you set an alarm clock to awaken you in this particular incarnation. One half of your soul is the worker and the other half is the alarm clock.
ive uninstalled my social media apps 3 days ago and i literally just said to myself i would like to stop drinking wine for awhile because ive noticed that i feel more anxious about my twin flame when i do drink. then i find this video ❤

I feel as though physical exercise, being that it is a somatic experience that influences the mind-body connection (done with a soulful intention) is self-love. It can be a very mindful experience and changes you in a chemical level to reduce stress etc. it’s an activity that can help individuals transcend emotional states of anger etc, so it can be a spiritual tool, especially when the mind-body can link up as in Pilates and Yoga ❤

I tried many times to detox from this overwhelming energy that takes most of my time & I'm glad I've got other things to do or I'd be doing just that all day. I've watched all readings, all videos on the topic in English & french I could find. About time I detox really.
Yes! Detox is SO important, I cannot emphasize that enough. You must fully commit otherwise you will continue to loop in this energy and it's truly exhausting, which you realise once you're out of it!

He's blocked and i never ever look at what he does. I am fully prepared not to see him again. Not because I am angry at him. Just i am totally fine without him

I admire your wisdom but when you stress out your opinion about individuals journey in twin flame, make sure you don't sound very controlling just to accept your own belief and opinion and experiences, just be aware that everyone's journey are unique, and your journey and experience can't be compared nor be altered it is yours and other's are theirs know I am not misunderstanding you I totally agree most of your insights but you also must be fair.

I've just blocked him on whatsapp and deleted his number from my phone, it was the only communication channel still open. I've tried just deleting his contact from my phone in the past but this way he was still able to send me a message if he wanted to, so that made me feel anxious, like still waiting for his message. I'm crying like a baby, my mind is really sad, thinking it's really over now.
