This movie also has Claire's original VA, Alyson Court. Alyson voiced Claire in everything she was in up until REV2 in 2015 & RE2 REimagining in 2019.
Wow that's awesome to know. Surprised they didn't stick with her for REV2 and RE2 Remake.
@@KHGhost After RE6 Capcom went non-union with their VAs, Alyson and the others were union (mostly Canadian) out of the Toronto area. With every game after they went with non-union actors from the California area. It really sucks because Alyson & the others were great at what they brought to this series.
@@ZeroOhNine Ahh being from Canada that’s good to know she’s from here. Yeah I agree her VA fitted the role really well was wondering why she sound different in REV2 and RE2 Remake. Thank you for sharing that info.

I love that Alyson Court still voices Claire from the original RE2.
Yes, she did a great job as Claire. She played the role for quite some time. 6 games in total and this movie. The next Claire will have quite some shoes to fill.
@@KHGhost Yeah she's soo good. Did you know that she's already been replaced by Stephanie Panisello? in the RE2 Remake and in the newest animated film called "Infinite Darkness" 😮 Steph is great but I'm a sucker for continuity and authenticity. 😆
@@Dazz-252 yeah, but I can see why. She's almost 50 so I feel they want to move on from her, but I agree I feel they could've squeezed her in a few more games/movies.

Yeah Claire is always supposed to be a mother figure to children in RE, in Revelations 2 the dialogue seemed off which made her come off as cold towards Natalia, but the Japanese version she's much kinder, remember she cared about Sherry in RE2, it didn't make sense for her to suddenly be cold towards kids lol
Yeah, that's what I felt in the scene with Natalia she came off very strong and harsh, it wasn't the Claire I knew.
I always thought that it was kinda nice seeing the Senator's bodyguard in the beginning actually try to help the security guard and actively put down the threat (Or at least he thought he did) rather than just trying to protect the Senator. Usually these types of characters in movies are just meant to act like jerks and die
Yeah that's true, it was a nice mall detail compared to what we usually see in these situations in most movies. Usually them running for their own life throwing others in the way etc

@@KHGhost nah Revelations was 2 years before re6. The after credit scene was only during re6.
