Sadly the c28s power is just a slugset as of right now. Nice shot. What are some spots you normally film? (I'm a conductor for NS who's worked the c28 within the past 2 weeks)
This kind of sounds like the raised letter K5HLB horns that BNSF 8025,8026 8052,8055, KCS 4817,4818,4834, CP 8706 & CSX 5284 have. Unfortunately the 3B on KCS 4817 went dead.
Really Nice!
Sounds like a cross between a RS5T, and a K5LLA.
Meant to sound like an RS5T
Also has that old cast P5A vibe.
@@RFE812 I think the 3B has a similar sound to a P-horn 4A
What bells are reversed on this horn?
Fantastic video.
Thanks!

Nice catch of the mixed freight train Ron.
Thanks Elliott!
NS 5350 Your welcome.
Doesn’t NS 4001 have one?
I think so
Actually 4001 has a hybrid K5LLA.
@@RFE812 thanks for the info
@@RFE812 yep
Interesting horn. It's obviously on an L manifold, but can anyone confirm the exact bell combo this horn uses?
I've heard it has the same bells as a Leslie RS5T
This uses the bell combo 1L 1 2 3B 4.
Great video!
Thanks!

Interesting
NS 5350 have you seen any of those locomotives before?
@@RFE812 not yet
Do you live near BNSF tracks???
Sounds like a RS5T to me
Yep; has the same bells as an RS5T!
I really like what you did there with the zooming out. Great shot
Awesome! It sounds a bit more quiet and worn down since when I heard it, but still awesome!
Still super loud!
Ex Altoona Helpers
Yep, replaced with SD70ACUs.
@@NS_5350 I was So Mad when they Did that those were Best Helpers Ever.

@@Steelers2841 I'd rather see Conrail SD40-2s as helpers like it was in the 90s and 2000s
