The whole house off solar? That's so cool! Also you could possibly turn down the temperature on that deep freezer essentially making it a refrigerator that way it will consume less energy.

Beautiful kitchen floor, backsplash and a nice choice going with the double sink. The kitchen is big and can easily accommodate a nice size island. If prioritizing, I would say to tackle the leaks as you don't want the possibility of water damaging your ceiling and causing further expenses. Good job with the kitchen! Now, I still think the quiet inverter deserved a mention🤪😁 nonetheless thanks for sharing🙂

Awesome having all those sockets. If you have a greese trap near the manhole empty it every 3 months or bofore that as needed. Fundi's you have to micro manage 24/7 no exceptions..

The gaps are filled using a mixture of sawdust and wood glue. Then scrab using sanding paper before it dries up kabisa. Just get a painter who knows how to do it.

Also, some of those who have already gone thru construction, are interested in seeing the details and the issues that I've gone thru in construction, and providing their advice based on their experience, that will help me and others who haven't constructed yet, avoid such pitfalls.
Sounds like some of you who say the video is boring, have clearly not taken the time to understand my content.
I'm basically show casing my life experience relocating back to Kenya from the U.S. And therefore, some of my content involves topics on my experience in construction, both good and bad experiences.
Also, I'm show casing my reality, I'm not sugar coating anything. This includes sharing my unfinished house, and mentioning the lessons learned that got me to this point of construction, albeit unfinished.
