Ndu on this one had too many hypotheticals. But the magistrate also was giving the bare minimum answers to a question where if she expanded on the answer it would pre-empt the next question. Also when you are explaining you do not use acronyms for the entire duration of the questioning.

The case has to be withdrawn by the odpp who don't have any obligation to so u have to talk with them to withdraw the case,if it was a defilement or murder case,they might decline to but in other offences as long as it isn't serious,they,ll withdraw
