- The time has finally came to install a big brake kit on the ST! This car has needed this upgrade for a long time now. Once the car began to get faster and lighter, stopping became one of the biggest issues and made the car very scary to drive fast because you wouldn't know if you'd be able to stop in time, or stop at all for that matter. I'd like to thank R1 Concepts for giving me the opportunity to put these brakes to the test. We'll have to see just how well they stop the car at the track so stay tuned!

Just grabbed a 2015 ST2 last night for my son. Seems to have a fuel low pressure issue I need to workout, but looks like it's going to be a fun car.

Those brakes are freaking huge!
I agree the stock brakes are a BIG issue. After a weekend track day my brakes and rotors were shot. Had to upgrade to stainless steal lines, drilled and slotted rotors, and hawk pads. Better than stock but yours are a different animal!

I have R1 concepts on my Integra , Great brakes.
R1 were the only company that actually had the right size rotors for the MK3.5 listed on their site and for that alone I will always go back to them it doesn't hurt that they're actually good
rebel devil customs sells a whiteline and lift kit. If you haven't yet, you should consider doing that upgrade. The ability to reduce the lift when you are accelerating will give you alot more grip! highly recommend!

i just did an event at sow in my focus and right now im running steel braided lines and ebc slotted rotors on all 4 corners and ebc yellows for my track pads with rbf660 but next time im doing 5.1 motul brake fluid but my rotor temp was 600 degrees and my next brake upgrade is ap racing

@ Valley crew Racing, i know this was a while ago, i just ordered my built motor from SPEED PERF6RMANC3. I have not really received much information of what bolts have to be changed out when doing the reassembly. I know the flywheel bolts, and probably some other ones. It would be great to know from someone who did this already. Thanks in advance

Believe it or not it appears that the Mustang GT 6 piston brembos fit, with the new disk too. Same goes for the 4 piston brembos from the RS. Im going to attempt this next year on my Fusion since the oem brakes suckkkkk being one piston

I thought i noticed In one of your videos you don't have an upgraded strut tower bar. I got one from TB performance and I really like it. Consider it.
When I get the full cage I’ll integrate the front suspension into the roll cage itself.

There’s no specific link to buying them. You can build your own and get a quote but you have to enquire to R1 Concepts directly.
