Meister de Vries, as a compliment, I can only say that your version of this theme at the wonderful St Jacobi, Straslund organ, closely matches in sheer grandeur, the recording made by Piet Kee at Weingarten of Walther's variations of the same theme. Both a spine-tingling listen!

There is audio dropout about 8 minutes into the recording, which really spoils the whole thing. I wish somebody could rectify the situation. Otherwise, the music is exquisite. :-)
