Still the same so no solo is the hp the change but the way they engage you is the same so he is doing something cuz they are not aggressive as in 4 ppl and that if and a big if cuz if the be able to do that they would had keep heseeker gear for pve and when it get to pvp it turn off the op stats of the sets so they be no none one bitching is not balance
Enemies scale to the number of players. I don't know why there is confusion on this matter. It is obvious. You can test it yourself. And the way they engage you obviously changes, because there is only a single threat to respond to.

There is something wierd!! On PS4 I have a same damage with my M700 (600.000 on body , 800.000 or above on head). With this damage you need max 3-4 shots to kill them, on PS4 I need 10-14 shots. Oh I almost forgot, that i've died 10-12 times during this time. So I'm curious, what's your secret??:)
And this is why I mostly played with bolt action. The bullet sponginess is largely migitated with headshots, so they mostly drop from 1-2 hits wich is important for soloing

Did this mission with random earlier. Only took up four hours and we ended up replacing one person because he rage quit. These missions are do-able. But boy are they a pain in the behind. Next. Time Square Power Rely and then Warrengate Power Plant. Not looking forward to the other two. Time to nut up or shut up. Look forward to see furture content from you, MaTTe. How has Legendary missions worked out for you guys? The viewers.
So Ferro stays in his room until you've cleared all his bodyguards. How kind of him. He steps out of the room as soon as I walk down the stairs. It's impossible to keep distance from Ferro AND dodge his guards. Gave up after 20+ attempts

Solo or in team, cuz I have noticed that when u play in a team enemies are quite stronger and more aggressive

Enemy armor damage high and damage on elites very high as well and sure solo because the mpcs are weaker...away weaker when you are playing solo
