The bullets of the other players do little damage to you, your firearm does not move at all, it is almost fixed, you kill very few bullets, you always have different names, your skills take a little time to recover. In short, how do you do it?
he plays striker, has excellent aim, you can change names easily i think and other players dont hit headshots often or he is using 9k stamina. about the skill recovery time, he either uses skill haste or you think they recover so fast because of the action

Because it is unbalanced, you cannot play against 99lvl even if you are a good player which didn't invest over 1000 hours to grind all perfect shit. I hope the Division 2 will get rid of this issue.
