I hope you read this comment.your channel saved me bigtime.i got 1981 ts125 and had shifting problem thought in was inside engine and had to be split so bike sat in corner for over a year.until i saw you part on the detent bolt.that was my problem i had no spring in it.thanks to you and how you cover everything my bikes back out on the trails.thank you very much.
Tnx man! this vid makes a lot of help to me right now i have a ts 125 here and the problem is i can't shift it after i dissamble this engine 😆 But i know im pretty sure this will work coz ive been watching ypur video tommorow i will continue to repair it 😄 -From PH 🇵🇭
What did you use to get the case half faces so clean and ready for three bond? Always tough to ensure all old material is removed without damaging thin aluminum. Razors are dangerous and solvents don't always work. Keep up the nice work.
Kevin - I'm curious your opinion on using pre-mix with the Suzuki TS125 engine. I've read on some forums that using the oil pump is absolutely necessary for the bearings to be lubricated. Is that correct?
On rotary valve 2stroke the oil pump is a must use on 2stroke engine where the carb mounting is on the cylinder you can run premix if you desire you will have to do a couple little mods on all my personal bikes all my oilers are hooked up and working as they should out of all the bikes I have 1 pump went and it over oiled
@@2strokeguruI was just wondering how you knew it was a crank seal I’m fixing mine right now and spark plug was fouling a whole bunch thinking pulling crank case oil

Hi, do you have a video on wiring Suzuki tf 125?
No not yet
Didn't watch only the beginning but Suzuki uses a center case gasket 🤔🤔 you did not
Not all ts125 some use silicone the gasket version has a few different thickness for end play
@@2strokeguru ok
@thetwostrokerebuilder I have another Suzuki lt125 that uses the gasket I will be doing soon I will show the difference thank you for the content idea
