This recap was very helpful. It's been so long since season 2 (over a year and a half) that I had already forgotten parts of the plot. Now I feel back on track. It's good to know that we'll finally get to see season 3. October isn't long to wait. I have no idea what caused the long delay, but at least the delay is over.
I loved this show. Too bad Amazon cancelled the 5th season of the show. (btw, if any of you think that the ending felt rushed, it was. Amazon gave them a time crunch). I really wanted to see more especially John Smith. He was such an interesting and tragic character.
As much as I like this show, the novel "Fatherland" laid out a more realistic scenario in which the Nazis explode a nuclear device near NYC as a warning to America to give up and let Germany have Europe and Russia while the Americans go on to defeat Japan.

Loved the show, but theres just too little information about the rest of the world, we have seen Only like 4 cities, no info about Italy, Canada, Mexico, SA, Europe and Africa, in my opinion they should develop the world more, show us more locations, not just the US and Berlin.

This recap was very helpful. It's been so long since season 2 (over a year and a half) that I had already forgotten parts of the plot. Now I feel back on track. It's good to know that we'll finally get to see season 3. October isn't long to wait. I have no idea what caused the long delay, but at least the delay is over.
I loved this show. Too bad Amazon cancelled the 5th season of the show. (btw, if any of you think that the ending felt rushed, it was. Amazon gave them a time crunch). I really wanted to see more especially John Smith. He was such an interesting and tragic character.

As much as I like this show, the novel "Fatherland" laid out a more realistic scenario in which the Nazis explode a nuclear device near NYC as a warning to America to give up and let Germany have Europe and Russia while the Americans go on to defeat Japan.

Major allied victories in our timeline end differently in this world. Midway is a Japanese victory, Pearl Harbour does a lot more damage, and D-Day is a fail. The reason we don't see Italy in the show is just because of lazy writing from Amazon.
