5-6 Eggs
1 tbsp All purpose Flour (optional)

I'm Vietnamese and we cook similar. Use bean sprouts. Heat pan, add oil, add raw bean sprouts, add egg, add fish sauce, swirl until the eggs turned scrambled and with bean sprouts stuck to it. I grew up poor eating this. You can also add green onions or coriander as well to give it a nice green color to it. Add black pepper last before serving. Yum

I would go a step further and add spicy Italian Sausage and a splash of cider vinegar.

I skip the cabbage and add the eggs to sliced peppers, broccoli, scallions, garlic, seasonings and spinach all sauteed, then bake with cheese on top for 30 min at 350 and u have the most delicious thick egg frittata...

Wondering what it’s like with out the flour or with a nut flour - I particularly love how fresh everything looks - especially the parsley - it actually looks crispy! Great knives too! I think I would switch over to a cast iron skillet before baking - did you put a baking time in?
