First of all I loved the unboxing montage 😂😂 But I agree with you on #182! I was *not* feeling her when I saw the promo pic but I think she'll grow on me in time as I start to see her in stores.
I love it when dolls that your not interested in grow on you lol. I felt that way about #160 thought she was too plain jane for me but I fell in love with her simplicity.
The ruffle hem on the bottom of 182’s orange dress is the best part, I think. That’s just a very well made dress. The black Ken with the camouflage top wasn’t very popular here. There were DOZENS of him in the clearance aisle at Walmart going for $5. I gave him the Jon Looks doll’s body.
I bought the petite fashionista with purple hair and it just arrived via post. My disappointment was real when I saw her stiff, unmovable legs and arms. Last time I bought a Barbie was in the late 2000s, and they all had bendy arms and kness. Omg I miss old dolls so much
She’s been used a few times. Fashionista wear your heart and fashionista sweet and silver. Also Fashionistas 140, 156, a scientist career doll and beach playset. She’s been in two collector releases too. Mattel designers seem to love this sculpt as much as a lot of fans do. It’s my second favourite after ceo

If I do consider buying fashionistas, which I really want to get 178 and 180 they’re super cute, I usually go into the store to pick them out because I fear getting a doll that was printed wrong haha. Like it will bother me so much
