Well, this is an awesome song. And if for nothing else, giving up, taking your own life or other stupid shit like that it would also mean, you wont hear any kind of human made music for a good while. If at all. And not hearing any music. at all. ever. sucks. So if for nothing else, music is worth living for. Being a musician myself. It gives life a true meaning. This song is another masterpiece made by Nathan and I love it so much, it's so beautifully done. And my favorite part of it all is the last bit- where he asks if the person would run away after revealing his dark parts and for the last line he delivers, instead of asking "Would you run away? Or would you stay?" He instead says "Would you run away? Or *are you the same?"* and that strikes me because when you hear someone confessing they're scared to talk about their darker parts, it's because they want the person to stay with them. This song really hits home. Especially "See I'm afraid to love but afraid to be alone, still I wonder why my heart is always broke". I want to love someone and have them love me back and pour out my heart for them but I'm often very scared about the thought of having a relationship and that I just can't. So I feel like I want it but I am afraid to have it and that I can't care for it properly. And when you feel depressed and worthless you sometimes just feel like you deserve it all. All the pain.
