    Stuck between the legato and the capriccio, who would you recommend the Legato to and who would you recommend the Capriccio to?

      We just posted a new video yesterday comparing all three.

    Any guesstimate as to when the Legato will be back in stock?

      With many upgrades, we expect in about 2 months.

    How does this machine do with light roast espresso?

    Does the Capriccio have an OPV?

    • @EspressoOutlet
      @EspressoOutlet  4 месяца назад

      No it does not. If you dial in the grinder correctly and OPV is not required though.

      @@EspressoOutlet this machine really needs one and a PID.

    What’s an opv and what machine will it be on?

    • @EspressoOutlet

      Over Pressure Valve. If you have your grinder dialed in correctly, it will only create the proper pressure (IE people like 8-9 bar typically) but if you are grinding too fine, the OPV diverts the additional pressure back to the water tank rather than delivering to the puck. It is a crutch for people not dialing in coffee grinder correctly.

      Also meant to mention, only adding to the Legato at this time.
