For that wiring - hot(+ve) - white and red. Cold (-ve) - black and blue. It depends on what colours you have. Though, when you have red and white, white is negative. Pretty standard, but can trip anyone up!

If no airbags there is no ADR compliance. Not saying it doesn't have airbags because I'm not familiar with the vehicle but you might be. Cheers
