If it helps at all, it was released as "The Dignity mix", so searching for that phrase might turn up a disc. Ironically I bought the CD single when it was released, and they packed it with the Dignity mix instead of the regular version. I was surprised when I heard the regular release, which is far inferior to this one.
Very limited release also on 12" promo ..They pop up a few times online or in 2nd hand shops.
