I went from a correction officers(prison guard lieutenant) son, to a drug addict on the streets, to sober and a successful businessman. the world is an insane place and anyone that says they can't get ahead and saying it was easier in the past, is holding themselves back! loved the story

I used to sell plates for this guy at comic cons around the USA. People love them. I'd feed him suggestions from the comic con goers. Back to the future is definitely the best seller, assman from Seinfeld does really well too.

I actually didnt know it was this hard to get a license plate that is embossed in the us, in Germany, you just go to your local DMV and theyll print you everything, you wont get everything registered, but u can get everything printed
Travis came to my local cars and coffee (Dayton, Ohio) after the Oregon District shooting to sell D8N STRNG plates to raise money for charity. The plates are amazing and the Holden Maloo is also amazing.

Why did the Jurassic Park jeeps even have license plates I mean they where used on an secluded island at an amusement park that wasn’t really bound by any traffic laws and I don’t think Jurassic Park had traffic cops. Hahaha. A vehicle ID number is understandable but they really don’t need a plate for that either.

That’s the kind of thing I’m sure a lot of people would think is a waste of time, but I love it. I always found those little details in movies/TV shows really cool. I am sure some would call it stupid, but if I had a 77 Trans Am you best believe my license plate would read: BAN-1.
Everything revolves around the Dukes of Hazzard. A gold 1968 383/727 Charger (with A/C) was my moms daily driver when I was born in 72. Sadly it got sideswiped by a semi on I-75. It was totaled but drivable! She traded it for an immaculate candy red 68 Impala (327/300 HP) in 1979.

My wife got me the Back to the Future plate 9 years ago, and being from Pennsylvania driving a New Jersey original 99 Tahoe, I didn't have a plate for the front. I couldn't believe how high of quality the plate is. The quality and detail, right down to the registration stickers that you have to apply yourself, is exceptional. So much so, that when we went to Disney a few months later, someone thought I was from California until the person they were with pointed out that it was from Back to the Future. 9 years later, it still looks as good as the day I put it on. If or when I retire that Tahoe, I will swap it out for the 2015 Back to the Future plate.

Ironically, I’m watching this video for the first time a week after buying an F&F Tokyo Drift plate which I threw on my ‘98 Mitsubishi for a 2,000 mile road trip to Tennessee and back from Northern Michigan while I wait for my State Plate to show up in the mail. He said “Celebrity Machines” and I thought that sounded familiar, so I checked my recent purchases on Amazon, sure enough, one of his plates! Fantastic quality and accuracy, people absolutely love seeing it on the car, I’m really not looking forward to having to remove it when my new plate comes in, I might just end up buying a plate flipper so I can switch back and forth for meets and shows.

As a license plate guy, I am very annoyed that many states are switching from embossed to printed. They look like crap. You would think the Governors and the appointed heads of their DMVs would have more pride in their state as their license plate is shown everywhere a state registered car drives. I also have to agree with Travis about Indiana plates and I have been telling my friends about that for years. They are and have always been so ugly.

A guy in my town drives a perfect replica of one of the Jurassic Park Jeeps or at least I assume it's a replica but I saw him on the freeway once and then later when going to one of the smaller businesses in town to buy something I noticed it in the parking lot and it belongs to the guy behind the counter.
My favorite plate from them is the one from Falling down that is on the characters chevette. Such a oddball thing, I’d really like to make a replica someday
