You should check out earth quaker avalanche run youd like that pedal. Also if you go back to big picks try mishas horizon picks they are sharp like jazz 3 picks but bigger.
my Bherringer Tube Monster 12ax7 tube powered pedal it covers everything blues to hard rock..metal with my EP booster and pre amp but just a great warm overdrive/Distortion and with hotter running pre amp tubes youll get more volume and gain out of it
My favorite pedal is my original 1973 Fender Fuzz/Wah. That pedal (not the one I have but the one Slash has) is all over GNR's AFD album. Sophie, you should really dump that Dunlop wah in the bin or donate it to some poor unlucky soul and get a Vox wah. So much better quality. Randy Rhoads told me that's what he was using on BOO and DOAM. Yes, I met RR and saw him twice and yes, I'm one old MoFo (53).
Favourite Guitar Pedal would be my Helix Floor. No doubt its a lot like your Boss GT1000 and it maybe a bit of a cheat to call it a 'Pedal' but its just so versatile. Its an all in one unit and the only 'pedal' you could need. It has everything you could want on a pedal board - tuner, OD, Boost, Wah, Volume, Looper, Delay, Reverb, EQ etc - and that's without considering all the Amps, Cabs, Mics it has as well as able to load IR's too. It works well with my PRS Hollowbody with Piezo as I can plug the Piezo output into it as well and keep it separate from the Magnetics signal path. As I said, it maybe a bit of a cheat, but I would rather have just this pedal than just a great OD, TS, Delay or Reverb...
My favorite effect is a wah. And my favovrite pedal is the helix floor. I use it in a 4 cable method in combination with a mesa boogie tc-50. Use a midi cable to switch everything on the mesa. And i will never go back to individual pedals ever.
My favorite guitar pedal is the Horizon Precision drive. The attack knob does WONDERS and you can get different tones with it. It’s the tightest drive pedal and I need it for my Rockerverb mk2. I love the thicc tone Orange has but it’s a little too loose sounding and the Precision Drive does wonders for it. I need my tone Thicc and Tight LOL
tone wise is the evh lbx head the same as the 100w or does it lack in tone due to the smaller power tubes? and to answer your question of the day my favourite guitar pedal is my ibanez TS9 cause it adds so much to the tone of an already good amp.
Sophie Burrell awesome ive tried all the other EVH stuff except the LBX head. Looking at getting one because i have a peavey 6505 and it’s just too loud for the house and hard to lug around
Boss metal Zone Waza: After hearing, ola englind use it on an amp after hearing rumors it was complete shit😭😲, he crank that b$#ch up and it was amazing. Plan to buy one soon. Do you have a list of those pedals in your description? I gonna probably purchase them. @Sophie Burell
My favourite pedal currently has to be my digitech whammy DT it's just so useful with the drop tune modes and octaves aswell as the harmonising effects and momentary switch. It's a Swiss army knife pedal that you can find new ways to use for years. My most expensive but cool pedal in my collection for sure.
Been playing PRS guitars exclusively for about 18 years now and my first one was actually also the Tremonti SE, but the first edition, the 2002 model. Sadly I don't have it anymore. Since then there's been a couple of CU22 and 24s. Hopefully someday I will get my hands on a SC250 and 513. But yea, awesome collection!
Having had the opportunity to compare a Boss NS-2 and 1st-gen ISP Decimator G-String (4-jack version, like the NS-2), with a 6505+ and dual 4x12s.. I highly recommend giving one a chance if you or your man rely on a transparent noise gate.
This is my rig rundown as of right now: Epiphone Les Paul Studio Deluxe in standard Dunlop Cry Baby Wah pedal Boss DS1 Distortion pedal Boss NS2 Noise Suppressor pedal Peavey Backstage 50 Yamaha AC1M acoustic in open D Ltd ESP EC10 in Eb standard I also have a classical guitar that I use in standard tuning. I have a Marshall half stack and a Digitech Whammy 5 coming in the mail soon though. My upgrades will also include Seymour Duncan Invaders and Grover locking tuners and new pots for my Epiphone. Overall pretty nice if I do say so myself.
When you first picked up your PRS I had to look twice. It's similar in shape and finish to an Ibanez Iron label I bought unexpectedly coming across another that a friend had. The guitar is made of seven exotic woods and has abalone binding body and head. With black binding on the neck and what looks like metal or iron vining inlays on the fretboard. If you want to try an awsome sounding 12 string look for a Yamaha FG230. I have a 69 that I bought from the same friend. These guitars if kept in constant temperature will age well. And produce a sound you have to hear to believe. Paired with a tone wood amp its like heaven.
sophie i can't see your videos without saying that you are beautiful a princess would like to see your cover of the black sabbath of the song sabbath bloody sabbath hug
Favorite pedal is the Boss GE-7 Equalizer. Best tone shaping pedal ever and the uses are limitless. I’m really surprised this pedal isn’t on every pedal board.
I've seen you doing your review on the Spark 40 and something else I don't immediately recall. Was going to ask if your actually Baby Saster but your eyes are different.
Hi Sophie, looking good today ;) I hope, you can make more videos in near future. My favourite pedal at this time is EQD bows, its a boost, but it adds very nice character to a sound and Im using it lately as always on pedals. Also any sloppy overdireve, that you put in front of it will sound good.
Talking all things gear? Sounds a m a z i n g Not really a pedal per-se, but I really like the Vibrato on my mk I boss katana 50, sounds really good with cleans. Also, do you have a favorite pickup and what types do you usually lean towards?
