I think it's more of a interaction between augments "bug". I think the 'Late game specialist' is coded to work in a certain way until level 9 but they didn't check what would happen if someone took that aug along with the one that lets you level up to 10. And well... Now we know what happens...

The extra heal kills units, 3star soraka heals 75, which mean when ur are at 100hp and gets healed by her, you can kill 75 random unit on opponents board which they definitely don’t gonna fucking have.
Yeah, it seems like the game thinks that you hit lvl 9 everytime you get xp. I think he could have gotten twice as much gold if he gained exp only by rounds and not buying. But that's way excesive :D

He has 28 % chance for gold unit but he still couldn't hit them coz there weren't any gold units in shop.

I think riot buff soraka heal that if you full heal, the extra heal will deal dame to the opponent so the game can be end

if you're already at 100 HP, the 1/2/75 tactician heal will convert to unit kill, so basically soraka 3 will kill 75 units
