Yone have 2 traits: adept and exile. When an champion get to 3 star, it will stop appear in the shop. So everything you have to do is get every other Adept and Exile to 3 star. Then give your dice to Yone and boom xD
soo what would have happened if the enemy had a few yones on his bench? Would the slot in the shop become empty? Because there is only 10 Yones in the champion pool?!
Just a question if you already have all units lvl3 : I mean yas 3, yone 3, shen 3 and irelia 3 and you use loaded dice on yone, what happen ? Can you try this ? :D

Just because you might have a 3 star Yas, doesn't mean that you have all Yasuos. Therefor the likelihood is pretty low for this to happen, one would probably have to find out in custom with friends (all buying the same champs) and even then the possibility is high that always some champs remain unbought as their likelihood of appearing decreases so much, compared to others.
