ANOTHER TIMELESS CLASSIC! 80'S MUSIC RULES!! the dj
Essa música é linda!
Sempre eu tocava no club nós anos 80 a 90 que tempo bom!
Era DJ nessa época!
Que perfeição,sou fã deles
I love R.E..
Esse David Byrne é o cara mais alternativo que eu conheço!!!! O cara é uma metamorfose ambulante viva!!! Sem condições!!!!
Ele e o Bowie fazem mágica nas músicas!
Ever since I've heard this in Open Season, I've always wanted to find the original. And now, today, I have found it.
Congratulations!
Que paso master?
Sounds like a good day
Just learned how to do Google searches, aye?
It's from the film True Stories.
This video is flippin' BRILLIANT !!! Have watched at least 1,000 times.....love all the characters.
I agree, & I'm sure I've watched it probably more than 1,000x's. It's a Gr8 SONG & definitely MY favorite video put out by them. I still listen to The Talking Heads fairly often - esp in the car. Lots of good driving songs. What's funny is We'll probably both watch it at least another 1,000x & still NOT get sick of it!! - LOL!! Peace!!
Tina's bass line on this song is off the chain!
Who's the other guitarist on this song?
fuck yes!
Jerry Harrison

Love the energy from the girl in the yellow jumpsuit 💛 yeah!
I'm in love with her!
Algumas música são inesquecíveis, não interessa a idade da pessoa, essa é uma delas!
Ive always loved hearing David Byrne's voice. His vocal range is out of this world to my ears. Looked up his bio & saw his Venus is in Taurus, which i have heard has a lot to do w/the voice & why i am so mesmerized and impressed w/peoples singing ability & vocal range. Imho. Tysm
I love you John Goodman!
Holy smokes!! I remember singing this song watching MTV at the age of 5.. This song brought back a ton of great memories!! THX Talking Heads😃👍🏽👍🏽
This video summarizes my entire MTV experience watching it as a kid during its early years from early to mid-1980's. Love all the parodies of popular acts at the time.
I love this song I could listen to it all night!!!!! David Bryne is one bust ass performer. I wish I could have seen them live just once!
Lyrics :
I'm wearing a fur pajamas
I ride a hot potato
It's tickling my fancy
Speak up, I can't hear you
Here on this mountain top, oh-oh-oh
I got some wild, wild life
I got some news to tell you, oh-oh
About some wild, wild life
Here come the doctor in charge, oh-oh-oh
She's got some wild, wild life
Ain't that the way you like it, oh-oh?
Living wild, wild life
I'll wrestle with your conscience
You wrestle with your partner
Sitting on a windowsill
But he spends his time behind closed doors
So check out mister businessman, oh-oh-oh
He bought some wild, wild life
On the way to the stock exchange, oh-oh-oh
He got some wild, wild life
Pick it up when he opens the door, oh-oh-oh
He doing wild, wild life
I know it's the way you like it, oh-oh
Living wild, wild
Peace of mind
It's a piece of cake
Thought control
You get on board any time you like
Like sitting on pins and needles
Things fall apart
It's scientific
Sleeping on the Interstate, oh-oh-oh
Getting wild, wild life
Checking in and checking out, oh-oh-oh
I got 'em, wild, wild life
Spending all of my money and time, oh-oh-oh
On too much wild, wild life
We wanna go and we go where we go, oh-oh-oh
Ah, doing wild, wild life
I know it, that's how we start, oh-oh-oh
Got some wild, wild life
Take a picture here in the daylight, oh-oh
And it's a wild, wild life
You've grown so tall, you've grown so fast, oh-oh-oh
Wild, wild life
And I know that's the way you like it, oh-oh
Living wild, wild, wild, wild life!
Minha infância..
Que voz excelente desse cantor..ótimos tempos na vida de muitas pessoas. Deus abençoe.
Depende . A voz dele ficou horrível cantando com a SIA
1.Yes that's John Goodman. He was a struggling actor when he made True Stories, which while not a big hit landed him supporting roles in Raising Arizona and the Big Easy and eventually Roseanne
2. EDIT: Appareny that IS Meatloaf! Also, the guy with long hair and a thin mustache is Tito Larriva, an actor and singer who was also in From Dusk Till Dawn and other Robert Rodriguez movies
3. True Stories is a great movie and inspired the name of the band Radiohead
Ah-Ha , I knew it. Tito was the guy in From Dusk til Dawn & Desperado, thanks now I can sleep.
D Platt great info.....I'm surprised that Goodman did something like this after Revenge of the Nerds
That was Sam Kenison! Promise
Bulletstop75 I don't think that's him. Close but no cigar
Great Mind Spin. "Who, Him?"
My travel song. Whenever I hit the road. Instant Good vibes. For some Wild Wild Life. 😜
Byrne. An absolute genius x 100. This is a #1 Classic. Too bad MTV no longer really exists.
Favorite TALKING Head SONG!!Still Listening in 2018!!!
2018!! From Chile !!
Being a bit tipsy scrolling through Utube I always end up back to this track
Timeless and great art.
And while we're living this "Wild Wild Life", "We're On The Road To Nowhere".
carefull it could make you a psycho killer then again life during wartime can be difficult! but the lady dont mind if you take me to the river to get some water cuz someone was burning down the house, and there she was.with slippery people, it was once in a lifetime. but i know my girlfriend is better.she was born under punches, cross eyed and painless.shed often stay up late wondering if this must be the place. i brought her nothing but flowers and told her dont worry about the government. ...... I THANK YOU!
David Byrne, esse cara é foda velho. O som dos Talking Heads é muito bacana.
I miss music like this. New music doesn't compare to timeless gems like this. Talking Heads forever:)
It's so true, I feel like everything really drastically changed for the worse after the millennium and I think everyone having cellphones played a massive part in that. So many great memories sigh...
@@jungjeru3348there’s still great music being made though
@@flashiereagle2213 absolutely there is!!
I'm in a arcade in the mall. Playing games, wasting a lot of quarters. This song brings me back to '86" to "87". God I miss the upbeat.
This makes the top 50 videos all-time .... no doubt. It was immensely popular at the time.
