You are a great person and a fantastic mother. Especially since you are so young. I had my first baby at 13 and didn't feel ready to be a mother so I put him up for adoption to a family I knew and I kept in touch with them and my son until he was 2 years old and he drowned in their backyard pool on our birthday as he was born on my birthday. I was at work when I got the phone call to say that he had passed away. I didn't know how to cope with it as my family still doesn't know that I had a baby at 13 due to being raped by 3 guys on my way home from work that night. But I'm so glad that your story is nothing like mine and I hope you never have to go through anything like that in your life. I applaud you for doing what you are doing and you are doing an amazing job of it too

When I was younger my cousin told me that if I ever get pregnant and have kids, it would ruin my stomach. She told me that my belly would be all stretched out down to the ground and shriveled and old looking. It scared me to the point I had nightmares. Thinking of it now, I know that she exaggerated a bit. But it still scared me. I am wondering though, does it ruin your stomach?
I'm 17, I had my baby at 16 as well and my epidural didn't work as well it was terrible because now afterward I feel like I have so much back problem due to the epidural and it didn't even work
@@TheChanFam next time if you don't want the epidural, stand your ground and don't let them pressure you into getting one! Don't let them convince you that you don't know what is best concerning your birth plan! Tell the nurses that if they can't be supportive of your desire for a natural, minimally-medically managed childbirth, that you want a different nurse! Trust yourself and trust that your body can give birth without an epidural!

No its not. Sweeping the membranes is gently separating the sac from the uterus. Some women's waters break after but they're not the same.
