always loved Sheryl Crow's tomorrow Never Dies
@@ultronxmonika4292 they owe you nothing it’s their channel what they post is up to them not demands from you
die another day by madonna and skyfall by adele
Live And Let Die, Moonraker
It's gotta be Skyfall I also have watched quantum of solace
“You Know My Name”, “Skyfall”, “The World is Not Enough”, “Writings on the Wall” (mainly for the music). And honestly I wasn’t the biggest fan of “No Time to Die” when I first heard it, but after seeing the movie and listening to it in the context, it’s grown on me. But “You Know My Name” is probably my absolute favorite.
Since you like You Know My Name, if you have not heard it already, listen to the live cover Poets of the Fall did of it.
Same here
Those are great as well
If not for the heavy staccato voice sampling and synth, Die Another Day would be rather good...
But I must say, Another way to Die, is perhaps the one I deem worst.
Live and Let Die is ace, meanwhile, You Only Live Twice too, and Licence to Kill underrated.
Writing's on the Wall is ok, but Radiohead's Spectre is amazing. I highly recommend you check it out
Skyfall had such an immersive opening with Adele. Great song.
I enjoy Die Another Day its one of my top 5 favorites.
@@rustyrelicsfarm2406 Die Another Day is easily the best Bond song! But some people is trying to deny and damage control
Agreed sky fall didn't have to 1 but it was ranked too low in my opinion
Agreed 🔥❤️
Tommorow never dies
Wow!!! Diamons are Forever is one the best and most provocative Bond songs and it only got a 20th position. A song with so good lyrics and the Bassey unique voice would deserve a better position.
That was my biggest beef here. How is Diamonds the 20th best? That means it's only better than 5 other tunes.
This song is so good, I’m especially outraged that The Living Daylight and Die Another Day are “better” than Diamonds are Forever.
Die another day should be no.20 I like the movie but the song though is not as Memorable Sang by Madonna of all artists
Right like Diamonds Are Forever should've been in the top 5
@@onalennapeterson3297 Die Another Day is memorable for the wrong reasons.
A View To A Kill was played on the radio non-stop when I was a kid. I love that when the most
I love James Bond themes. You can indentify yourself with them
Maybe, but how many chances do you get? There are nearly thirty songs, and You Only Live Twice! ;-)
Hi I Recommend an indie rock song Called 'The Bond Villain' by Robert Nix
Diamonds are forever is such a good song tho, should be higher on the list. It’s one of the most iconic Bond songs.
When I first heard Tomorrow Never Dies after beating the first level of it's video game, I fell in love.
Say, I've never played that! Not sure I ever will, considering my backlog of games. Experience has taught me to never say never (again), so maybe I'll get around to it eventually. But, until that day...
Until the world melts away...
Until you say there'll be no more goodbyes...
And I see it in your eyes...
Listen to k.d. Lang's "Surrender", which is the original "Tomorrow Never Dies".
@@jp3813 I like them both, but I still prefer Crow's Tomorrow Never Dies
@@joebro391 Lang's was composed by David Arnold, hence it can be heard in the score.
@@jp3813 they both contain a good amount of lietmotif
“Nobody Does It Better” is my favorite. Especially when it was used for the “Q” tribute after DL’s death
“For Your Eyes Only” was also a pretty good song.
My favourite. No doubt about it
@@carmelmhennessy9738 I think this is my favourite one too but tbh i didn´t even realize it isn´t here since this list is filled with tons of great songs.
🎯
Something about the opening drop of ‘GoldenEye’ that still stands in the memory, and to this day gets me excited about the movie - it’s no1 for me.
“You Know My Name”, “Nobody Does It Better” and “A View to a Kill” are my favourites.
You and I both.. and that 1st hipnotic sound from the voice of the singer singing "Noooooo body doeeess it beteeer" always gives me chills 😍😍... My ringtone on my wife's phone 😘
Yes, they are my favourites too.
Agreed. Class Bond themes.
All awesome Roger Moore had many great themes
Nobody does it better should be in the top 3
"Goldfinger" deserves the Number 1 spot for how iconic it is. It is one of my favourites, along with "Live And Let Die", "Goldeneye", "Tomorrow Never Dies", "You Only Live Twice", and "You Know My Name."
Those are the best, truly. A lot of people here are gushing over Skyfall, which is truly excellent, but not as grand as these. I'd humbly add Nobody Does It Better and A View to a Kill.
I would have put Skyfall in the Top 3, but Goldfinger does deserves Number 1.
I would have put skyfall as number 1. Ridiculous how low it is
Thunderball was 1 for me Tom Jones was the master but I mad another way to die was no where on this list even thou it hit billbroad and stay there for a min.
I would have put Skyfall bottom 3… Adele is sooo overrated
@@zziicckk01 I wouldn't have included it AT ALL. The tuneless, talentless, shrieking, catterwauler had no place on a Bond theme - Shirley Basseys' little toe has more vocal talent than Adele on its own.
Goldfinger, the movie and the song, are overrated.
My top five 007 theme songs:
1 License to Kill
2 A View to A Kill
3 Goldfinger
4 Live and Let Die
5 Thunderball
I also love the one played during On Her Majesty’s Secret Service opening credits
Yeah and doing a lot of people know about license to kill you don't know how great that song is
I do not understand why people ignore license to kill so much
Would replace Goldfinger with Goldeneye
License to Kill is so underrated
The grandiose swell of Skyfall and Writing's On The Wall just feel oh-so-Bond. With Casino Royale, Chris Cornell's song is rough and edgy, it fits so well since this is the first of Craig's Bond and he's not this polished agent yet.
I agree with everything you said
Sorry but Writing's on the Wall is one of the worst Bond songs. How it ever was selected to be Bond theme is a mystery
@@Denis-89 it's amazing. I honestly don't get the hate at all.
@@Denis-89 couldn’t agree more
@@Denis-89 it is brilliant song for bond. For me it is on the 4th place.
1) Moonraker
2) All Time High
3) For Your Eyes Only
1. You Know My Name
2. The World Is Not Enough
3. Skyfall
4. Writing's On The Wall
5. Tomorrow Never Dies
These are the most majestic out of the bunch of bond songs out there for me I love em all on my list.
Wow is this a bad list.
@@EF-fc4duYou Know My Name is really good
Skyfall is my favourite James Bond song. It’s so good that it even won an Oscar for Best Song.
I’m sorry… it’s so overrated, like Adele. It only won an Oscar because it appealed to the fossils in the academy awards. There are 3 top Bond themes and Adele is far from them. Look no further than Duran Duran, Sheena Easton, Carly Simon and the beautiful instrumental piece in On Her Majesty’s Secret Service. If you haven’t had a listen, then I implore to to give them an ear.
@@zziicckk01 The good thing here is your personal taste in music is not the divine standard lol
Just bc you don’t like it, doesn’t mean it’s objectively “not good”and “overrated”lmao
@@DIYniBert96 people have hard time respecting other people's opinions.
@@zziicckk01 cool mate we get it you don’t like Adele it’s not that interesting
Totally agree ! It's Skyfall the best Bond song. Haunting song with powerful vocals of Adele with powerful instrumental
"The world is not enough" is my personal top 1 Bond song, but Goldfinger and Skyfall are also gems worthy of all the respect
You Know My Name continues to be criminally underrated.
At least this time they put it at Top 10 to 7th place in fact ! On their original video Top 10 Best Bond songs, You Know my name was only honourable mention !
On Her Majesty's Secret Service
The Spy Who Loved Me is another criminally underrated
Diamonds are forever! No.20! That’s me clicking off! That’s one of the most iconic !!
Exactly she is clearly is to young and American to understand
I love all James Bond's theme songs
It's weird because someone recently requested this and it seemed obvious to me why it wouldn't work as a Top 20. They might as well have done 5 (or so) worst Bond songs as a time-saver. Then we'd know any songs not on that list would be on this list.
Glad you can say that I feel Die Another Die is earape along with Another Way To Die
Love for Never Say Never Again by Lani Hall, yes! (Just Kidding, but it's still so bad it's good, love listening to it!)
Gladys didn’t have to sing License to Kill like she did….but she did 👏
Who else is watching and reading comments at the same time 😊,
Nice words, Yes especially with the current Rise 😉

@Albert Edward Really you know Mr Kevin J Luther?
I met Expert Kevin J last year for the first time at a conference in New York city, I invested €24,000 and traded in one month making close to €200,000
The first investment with Mr Kevin J Luther gave me profit over $23,000 US dollars and ever since then, he has never failed to deliver.
My fav is Skyfall. The orchestration with Adele's vocals is just perfection.
Yes ! it's Skyfall for me too ! The most powerful Bond song !!!
Hi I Recommend an indie rock song Called 'The Bond Villain' by Robert Nix
A view to a kill is my personal favorite one since it's by Duran Duran, but I agree with goldfinger being #1.
That makes two of us!
"For Your Eyes Only" just causes me to melt every time I hear it. The best one IMHO.
2 songs on that list which are criminally underrated: Skyfall, Diamonds Are Forever.
Skyfall is popular. The most underrated is The Living Daylights
I love diamonds are forever because of Kanye’s cover
@@charlesfink1349 I like Aha. The living daylights is neither a very good Aha song nor a memorable bond song in my opinion.
Skyfall receiving an Oscar, Golden Globe and a Grammy or anything else it was nominated for sure was popular but for a good reason. Bond themes are pop songs. I'm fine with one of the classics sitting on the throne like Shirley Bassey or Nancy Sinatra they made it great in the first place. Skyfall is a top 3 in my book at least.
Diamonds are forever at number 20 was criminal.
Skyfall is criminally overrated. It won an Oscar because it appealed to the fossils in the academy awards.
"Skyfall" won an Oscar. "A View To A Kill" hit #1 on Billboard Hot 100. But my pick is "Live or Let Die"
Simpthy Vote For Adele
My wife and I did our first dance to For Your Eyes Only. Took a looooot of convincing but I knew I had to dance to a bond theme. My wife was a good sport.
Now that’s a proper Bond theme song.
Jolly good. I love this story. Hope y'all dance to it again or another at the 25th if it hasn't passed. 🤗✌🏾
I have the same goal, too, someday, though my Bond Song of choice for that job is "If There was a Man" by Chrissie Hynde from The Living Daylights.
Same here. My husband did not need convincing.
My personal top 10 favourite Bond theme songs go like this:
10 - Tomorrow Never Dies
9 - No Time to Die
8 - Live and Let Die
7 - Thunderball
6 - Diamonds are Forever
5 - The Living Daylights
4 - Goldeneye
3 - You Know My Name
2 - The World is Not Enough
1 - Skyfall
Also, We Have All the Time in the World will forever make me cry 😭
This is much closer to my own list than the video’s list.
1a. You Know My Name (Casino Royale)
1b. Skyfall
3. Goldfinger
4. GoldenEye
5. The World Is Not Enough
6. No Time To Die
7. Thunderball
8. Diamonds Are Forever
9. Live And Let Die
10. License To Kill
Honorable Mentions:
The Man With The Golden Gun
Tomorrow Never Dies
Writing on the Wall (Spectre)
For me
10. You only live twice
9. The man with the golden gun
8. A view to a kill
7. For you eyes only
6. License to kill
5. Ohmss main theme
4. Goldfinger
3. The world is not enough
2. Skyfall
1. You know my name
Goldfinger
My personal top 10 would be
1) You Know My Name
2) The World is not Enough
3) A View to a Kill
4) Live and Let Die
5) The Living Daylights
6) Skyfall
7) Thunderball
8) For Your Eyes Only
9) You Only Live Twice
10) Nobody Does It Better
I’m so happy you have You Know My Name as your number 1.
Only one I disagree with is the world is not enough thats the worst bond theme in my opinion.
Nice list.
Mine:
1. A View To A Kill
2. Goldeneye
3. For Your Eyes Only
4. All Time High
5. Skyfall
6. Die Another Day
7. Nobody Does It Better
8. Live And Let Die
9. Goldfinger
10. License To Kill
1) "Diamonds are Forever"
2) "Goldfinger"
3) "You Only Live Twice"
4) "Surrender (Tomorrow Never Dies)"
5) "We Have All the Time in the World"
6) "The World is Not Enough"
7) "The Man with the Golden Gun"
8) "From Russia with Love"
9) "If There was a Man"
10) "You Know My Name"
Chris did an amazing Job
Matt Monro's voice in "From Russia With Love" is just phenomenal!! I would stop from whatever I was doing to listen him singing the song on the spot. 👍🏽👍🏽
….and , On days like these from The Italian job ,1969 . Beautiful.
Wow no way should skyfall be this low. It’s the most thematically resonant, feels so fresh yet classic at the same time and is accompanied by the best title sequence. I was expecting it to be number one
Wrong
@@ozdeveraux2082 why
Completely agree. Skyfall should be at least top 3.
@@donbihan7318 cause it’s not that good of a song and certainly lacks the creativity and atmosphere that many other Bond songs have
Adele is bottom half, as far as I’m concerned it’s so overrated. Not a true Bond theme song.
“Skyfall” by Adele is hands down my favorite James Bond song. “Goldeneye” sung by Tina turner is my second favorite.
@Mason Jenks I fully agree with you there. They are also my favourites too (bearing in mind that I haven't any seen any Bond movies until this Tuesday, when I watched No Time To Die in the cinema).
License to Kill, Tomorrow Never Dies, Goldeneye, The World is Not Enough, Die Another Day are some of my faves
I get goosebumps every time I hear 'Live and let die' It should be number one with Skyfall at 2. Fight me!!
Live and Let Die will always be my favorite
Same
It should of been on the damn list
Fun fact: "A View to a Kill" remains the only James Bond theme song to hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the US.
That is horseshit wish Skyfall and No Time To Die reached that
@@captainjakemerica4579 Lana2k6 is referring to an era when popular music was much better/far more competitive, and reaching no.1 was a legitimate accomplishment...
@@godeplatformyourself7108 that is wrong also just someone being a Cindy Cynic
@@captainjakemerica4579 you like today's music; good for you. I haven't heard every note recorded by Oscar Peterson or Charlie Parker, I really enjoy the emotional lift I get from the (surprisingly cynical) pop of the 80s, the Himalayan riffs of the 70s rock monsters, the optimism and experimentation of the 60s rock and psychedelic pioneers, and I look forward to hearing any reasonable interpretation of the classics- Beethoven, Mozart, Bach, Chopin, Schubert, the list goes on, so I spend my time listening to timeless greatness...I have neither the time nor patience to listen to today's mass-produced, computer-enhanced cyber sonics. That includes Eilish's disturbing whisper-singing.
Having noted that, I think Skyfall is one of the best Bond song openers in the entire series, and I was pleasantly surprised by Eilish's entry. Both stand out admirably among the Bond themes, and tower over other contemporary (contemptible) "music."
My point is it was much more difficult to achieve number one status when the competition was Motown, the Beach Boys, the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, the Who, Led Zeppelin, the Bee Gees, ABBA, Genesis, the Police...you get the idea. Recorded music was so much more impressive when Jamerson and Bootsy were laying down the bottom, Yardbirds alumni and a paratrooper named Jimi were taking cues from Django, Les, Roy and Chet and showing where else-and how loud-6 strings could go, Nile, Bernard and George were bringing the funk and tearing the roof off the mothersucker, and microphones made godparents of gospel singers. It's no major feat to have a number one song anymore, especially when these disposable auto-tunes are immediately forgotten after the next shuffle...
@@godeplatformyourself7108, THAT'S a really good comment!!! Awesome!!!
My personal fave is Goldeneye, followed by Skyfall (They are my top 2 Bond movies, so...). My other fave Bond songs are Licence to Kill, Live And Let Die, and The World Is Not Enough. I also enjoy Shirley Bassey's Moonraker, and Patti Labelle's If You Asked Me To. The latter song is pure Warm and Fuzzy Romantic Epicness - the idea way of ending the most violent Bond movie ever made...
1) Goldfinger 2) Live and Let Die 3) You Know My Name 4) Skyfall 5) A View to a Kill. All 5 set the tone of what was to follow.
Most pre-90 Bond songs were massive hits, transcending the movies. Only Skyfall in the modern era seems to have the same level of popularity.
I wouldn't go that far... "Goldeneye" "Tomorrow Never Dies" "The World is not Enough" and "You Know my Name" were all huge hits too. That said "Skyfall" was the biggest hit of the post-cold war era bond films.
Radiohead’s version for Spectre was far superior.
My favourites are: "Skyfall", "The Writing's on the Wall" and "The World Is Not Enough"
The Living Daylights?
I like to think that the music themes are all playing in James bond's head. You got to admire the singer's who sing the theme songs even if it is playing in James bond's head. He sure has a colorful imagination.
Skyfall is so good because Adele co-wrote it. Adele has a wonderful vocal range and she knows exactly how to use it, her direct involvement in writing Skyfall ensured she could use her voice perfectly. Quite easily the best modern Bond theme.
Kudos to Eilish on her theme, it's easy to forget that she is 19. The classic Bond singers were all in their late 20s and early 30s. That classic powerful sound we associate with Bond was created by very well established vocalists who had decades to hone their voices. Anyone following Tom Jones, Nancy Sinatra, Shirley Bassey and Tina Turner deserves respect, that's one hell of a line-up to be compared to.
In the 80s in Australia, real estate company LJ Hooker had the balls to use "Nobody Does it Better" as their commercial theme song. As a matter of fact, for me as a kid, I had not seen TSWLM till later and when I heard the song in it, I was like "That's the LJ Hooker song." Now its tainted for me as I can't think of one without the other. "LJ Hooker you're the best."
Adele Skyfall is my favorite James Bond song. I did a violin version of the song for a talent show in 6th Grade
Nice 👍
Indeed.
Adele is so overrated, it won an Oscar because it appealed to the fossils at the academy awards. There are themes so much better than that.
Cool story, seriously. 🥰👏🏾
Both Shirley Bassey and Tom Jones were told to hold the final note until the music stops. Both nearly passed out. 😮
While Lulu's The Man with the Golden Gun is good, I wish they producers hadn't been cowards and let Alice Cooper's Man with the Golden Gun have been the theme.
I remember seeing Shirley Bassey performing "Goldfinger" opening when she was in her 70s. Time hadn't passed at all. 😌
Search for "Diamonds are forever BAFTA's 2022", she is 85 there and it's great!
The World Is Not Enough is one of my favorites.
Tomorrow Never Dies deserves a much higher spot on this list. While perhaps not the "best" Bond song, it's definitely a perfect Bond song.
I prefer no.2 as my all time bond theme don't know what that means but Phoebe's narration and essay is class. 😄
I’m glad World is Not Enough is getting its props here bc even if the film is a dumpster fire that theme still slaps
My favorite themes are
"The Living Daylights,"
"A View to a Kill,"
"The World is Not Enough"
The Instrumental Theme to "On Her Majesty's Secret Service."
"The World is not Enough" is my favourite by far.
My favorite is Snake Eater’s theme song…oh wait, wrong franchise, lol
But seriously, Skyfall is an absolute masterpiece!!
Such a great James bond-like theme song
I agree A View To A Kill blows overrated Adele out of the water. Skyfall is overrated.
My all time favorite bond themes are For Your Eyes Only, A View To A Kill, Goldeneye, Tomorrow Never Dies, Die Another Day , You Know My Name & Another Way To Die . Those songs are awesome
My Favorite: You Know My Name From Casino Royale. Those Lyrics Still Burn In My Mind When I Hear It.

- Goldeneye by Tina Turner
- No Time To Die by Billie Eillish
- Skyfall by Adele

Skyfall by Adele and A view to a kill by Duran Duran are my favorites 🔥🔥
Unpopular opinion but Another Way to Die is my top Bond theme alongside Skyfall. It deserves to be at least in top 5
Yea, cool duet. :-) I've got a playlist of Bond songs where I leave off the ones that are kind of "meh," to me. Another Way to Die makes the cut and stays on my list!
Skyfall will forever be nostalgic for me, it was my first ever Bond movie

Goldfinger - Shirley Bassey/ The instrumental of "On her Majesty's secret service" - John Barry.... but I do love all James Bond's songs.

Those are my all time Bond favourites
1. No Time To Die
2. Skyfall
3. Goldfinger
... but thats just me I guess :)
Licence to Kill is my favorite Bond song. Nice to see it on this list.
Never thought about significance of Goldeneye lyrics, let alone Tina being Alec T's muse. Okay, "you'll never know how I watched you from the shadows as a child" kinda fits. Alec and James were both recruited as children after they got orphaned. But the idea seems to fall apart at "other girls, they gather around him, if I had him I wouldn't let him out."
Alec isn't a jealous girl.
My most recent favorite is skyfall but Goldeneye is still forever the best 👌🏾. Aunty Tina 👏🏿 ate👏🏿 that👏🏿 UP.
“The world is not enough” should be in first four together with “skyfall”, “no time to die” and golden eye.
My favourites are writings on the wall and Skyfall
You girls and guys just nailed with this list! The Top 3 is absolut perfection!!! Congratulations and thank you very much!!!
It's my first time hearing "Diamonds Are Forever" in YEARS and yes we all know that Kanye West SAMPLED that song too but my favorite themes of James Bond is Die Another Day, Diamonds Are Forever, Skyfall and Nobody Does It Better!
- Goldfinger
- Thunderball
- You Only Live Twice
- Diamonds Are Forever
- Live And Let Die
- Nobody Does It Better
- For Your Eyes Only
- All Time High
- You Know My Name
- Skyfall
Shirley Bassey’s Goldfinger is still the breakthrough and greatest of all James Bond Theme song.
Goldeneye by Tina just sounds so amazing right from the opening. Brings me back to the movie and the video game - two great memories. LOVE Tina! And then Adele’s Skyfall is just PERFECT! Just absolutely perfect! And yeah Goldfinger per classic! It’s James Bond in music form. Those are my top 3 in no particular order.
The game was brilliant even though I was useless at it
Top 3 for me should be:
1) Goldfinger
2) You Know My Name
3) Skyfall
Gold finger just makes me feel something
Skyfall Is my favorite of the bunch. No Time to Die is second.
The world is not enough is the best Bond song imo
“All Time High” by Rita Coolidge is my favourite Bond theme and I’m shocked and disappointed it didn’t make this list. 🤷♂️
Wayyynee! 😂 Mine has to be Skyfall or Live and Let Die
@@matthewstivaletti5288 Matthew!! Great choices too 👊🏻

I’m thankful Chris Cornell did a Bond theme and it’s still probably my favorite… but Bond has definitely had some great theme songs!
License 2kill, Golden eye & tomorrow never dies r my favs🖤
There are not 11 Bond songs than ‘nobody does it better’. Even the Rock agrees. Top 3 at the most generous.
i grew up watching these movies. even if the movies have not aged well, because of their mysogyny, especially that of the early films, the songs are still spectacular.
Misogyny? Hatred for women? On the contrary, my friend. James Bond is a lover of women!
Sincerely the living daylights is criminally underated
Sheena Easton's For Your Eyes Only is my favorite Bond tune, Tina Turner's Goldeneye a very close second. The dance remix is a gorgeous delight.
Skyfall is my favorite

Love the 007 themes, but The world is not enough and Skyfall are my top favorites and will always be a good choice to play while driving
Cool concept! They'll inspire you to drive like 007! :-D
My top 3 are License to Kill, Live & Let Die and Skyfall.
Great breakdown of these 20!
My favorite theme music it's "The World Is Not Enough", "Tomorrow Never Die", "Die Another Day", and the iconic "GoldenEye".
So all of the Brosnan movies
'Radiohead - Spectre' should be at 1
